Abstract
【解決手段】蛍光を発光する発光管と、該発光管を包囲して設けられ内壁面に蛍光を拡散する拡散膜を有する外管バルブと、発光管の熱を外管バルブに伝導する熱伝導部を備える電球型蛍光ランプにおいて、熱伝導部はバインダー樹脂と、該バインダー樹脂の屈折率と異なる屈折率を有する透光性の粉体とを含み、蛍光に対する透光率が拡散膜の透光率と近似している。

Description
これらの粉体の粒子径としては、例えば、10μm以上50μm以下であるものを用いることが好ましい。粒子径としては、レーザー回折による粒度分布測定装置を用いた測定値を採用することができる。
[実施例1]
管径8mm、長さ200mmの直管ガラス管を、軟化点以上に加熱し、ガスを吹き込みながら、2重螺旋形に成形した。頂点部分に長さ6mm、外径6mmの突出部を形成した。3波長蛍光体を酢酸ブチルに分散させ、蛍光体濃度10質量%の蛍光体層形成用分散液を調製し、得られた分散液を、螺旋形に成形したガラス管の内壁面に浸漬塗布し、約40℃〜50℃、20分乾燥し、約30μm厚さの蛍光体層を作製した。ガラス管の両端部をタングステンコイルの電極を配置し封止部材で封止し、ガラス管の内部空間に、希ガスを280Pa水銀を5mg導入し発光管を作製した。
熱伝導部に、酸化アルミニウムを含有させなかった他は実施例1と同様に電球型蛍光ランプを調製した。
熱伝導部に、酸化アルミニウムに変えて導熱剤を含有した他は実施例1と同様に電球型蛍光ランプを調製した。この時の電球型蛍光ランプの配光を測定した、結果を図2に示す。

Claims (5)
- 蛍光を発光する発光管と、該発光管を包囲して設けられ内壁面に蛍光を拡散する拡散膜を有する外管バルブと、発光管の熱を外管バルブに伝導する熱伝導部を備える電球型蛍光ランプにおいて、熱伝導部はバインダー樹脂と、該バインダー樹脂の屈折率と異なる屈折率を有する透光性の粉体とを含み、蛍光に対する透光率が拡散膜の透光率と近似していることを特徴とする電球型蛍光ランプ。
- 熱伝導部に含まれる粉体の熱伝導率が、0.8W/mK以上250W/mK以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電球型蛍光ランプ。
- 熱伝導部の蛍光に対する透光率が、70%以上95%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電球型蛍光ランプ。
- 粉体の含有量が、バインダー樹脂100質量部に対し、10質量部以上50質量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか記載の電球型蛍光ランプ。
- 粉体がSiO2、Al2O3、AlN、SiCのいずれか一種以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか記載の電球型蛍光ランプ。
