Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のカーボンナノチューブフィルムの製造方法は、基板及び、該基板に垂直に配列された複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むカーボンナノチューブアレイを提供する第一ステップと、直線形の界線を含む平らな接着面を有する本体を提供する第二ステップと、前記界線を前記基板に平行するように、前記カーボンナノチューブの長軸方向に面して前記本体の接着面を前記カーボンナノチューブアレイに接触させる第三ステップと、前記本体を前記カーボンナノチューブアレイから離れるように移動させて、少なくとも一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを引き出しして得る第四ステップと、を含む。

Claims (2)
- 基板及び、該基板に垂直に配列された複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むカーボンナノチューブアレイを提供する第一ステップと、
直線形の界線を含む平らな接着面を有する本体を提供する第二ステップと、
前記界線を前記基板に平行するように、前記接着面を前記カーボンナノチューブの長軸方向に面して、前記本体の接着面を前記カーボンナノチューブアレイに接触させる第三ステップと、
前記本体を前記カーボンナノチューブアレイから離れるように移動させて、少なくとも一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを引き出して得る第四ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記第四ステップでは、前記カーボンナノチューブアレイからカーボンナノチューブフィルムを引き出す過程において、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムと前記カーボンナノチューブアレイとの間、に一つの直線形の境界線が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。
