Abstract
【解決手段】電子部品実装装置が、基板13、13aを搬送する基板搬送機構14と、実装位置において基板13にペーストを供給する第1の描画ヘッド4と、実装位置より搬送元側となるプリペースト供給位置において基板13aにペーストを供給する第2の描画ヘッド5と、プリペースト供給位置においてペーストが供給された基板13aに実装位置において電子部品を実装するボンディングヘッド3を備える構成とした。

Description
供給方法を選択することができる。特に1つの基板に遅乾性と速乾性のペーストを同時に用いる場合には、プリペースト位置で遅乾性のペーストを供給し、実装位置で速乾性のペーストを供給するようにすることで、待機時間を有効活用し、基板が実装位置に留まる時間を短縮することができる。
板13には3種類のチップが実装される予定になっており、そのうち2つのチップ20a、20bについては遅乾性のペーストを用いて接する。残りの1つは高放熱性が要求されるチップ20cであり、熱伝導率の高いAgを多く含有したペーストを用いて接合する。

Claims (3)
- 基板を搬送する基板搬送部と、実装位置において基板にペーストを供給する第1のペースト供給部と、前記実装位置より搬送元側となるプリペースト供給位置において基板にペーストを供給する第2のペースト供給部と、前記プリペースト供給位置においてペーストが供給された基板に前記実装位置において電子部品を実装する電子部品実装部を備えたことを特徴とする電子部品実装装置。
- 前記プリペースト位置は、前記基板搬送部によって搬送される基板が前記実装位置への搬入を待つ待機位置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子部品実装装置。
- 前記実装位置において速乾性のペーストを基板に供給し、前記プリペースト供給位置において遅乾性のペーストを基板に供給することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電子部品実装装置。
