Abstract
【解決手段】 被加熱流体が流入する被加熱流体入口2と被加熱流体が流出する被加熱流体出口3とを備えたシェル1の内部に複数の伝熱管5を配置し、伝熱管5の端部を管板7に貫通固定し、上部に蒸気が流入する蒸気入口10と下部にドレンが流出するドレン出口11とを備えた仕切室ケース8,9で管板7の端面を覆い、管板7と仕切室ケース8,9の間の仕切室を蒸気入口が開口する蒸気入口室12とドレン出口が開口するドレン出口室13に仕切る仕切板14を設けたものにおいて、仕切板14に蒸気入口室12とドレン出口室13を連通する開口15を設け、蒸気入口室12で蒸気の凝縮したドレンをドレン出口室13に排出するスチームトラップ16を仕切板14の開口15に接続する。

Claims (1)
- 被加熱流体が流入する被加熱流体入口と被加熱流体が流出する被加熱流体出口とを備えたシェルの内部に複数の伝熱管を配置し、伝熱管の端部を管板に貫通固定し、上部に蒸気が流入する蒸気入口と下部にドレンが流出するドレン出口とを備えた仕切室ケースで管板の端面を覆い、管板と仕切室ケースの間の仕切室を蒸気入口が開口する蒸気入口室とドレン出口が開口するドレン出口室に仕切る仕切板を設けたものにおいて、仕切板に蒸気入口室とドレン出口室を連通する開口を設け、蒸気入口室で蒸気の凝縮したドレンをドレン出口室に排出するスチームトラップを仕切板の開口に接続したことを特徴とする熱交換器。
