Abstract
【解決手段】人員を搭乗させる上部車両と、レールに沿って走行する駆動装置を有する下部車両とを備えた斜面昇降機において、下部車両は、下段台車フレームと、締結体により下段台車フレームに対して揺動自在に締結した上段台車フレームとを有し、 上段台車フレームと下段台車フレームとの間に、搭乗者または貨物による過荷重を検出する過荷重検出装置を設けている。このようにして、上部車両における搭乗者または貨物による過荷重を、締結部材により揺動自在に構成された下段台車フレームと、上段台車フレームとの間に設けた過荷重検出装置により精度良く測定することができる。

Claims (4)
- 人員を搭乗させる上部車両と、レールに沿って走行する駆動装置を有する下部車両とを備えた斜面昇降機において、
下部車両は、下段台車フレームと、締結体により下段台車フレームに対して揺動自在に締結した上段台車フレームとを有し、
上段台車フレームと下段台車フレームとの間に、搭乗者または貨物による過荷重を検出する過荷重検出装置を設けたことを特徴とする斜面昇降機の過荷重検出装置。 - 上部車両は、搭乗者または貨物による荷重を支持する支持フレームを底部に設け、
同支持フレームと上段台車フレームとの間に、弾性部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜面昇降機の過荷重検出装置。 - 上記過荷重検出装置は、矩形状に構成された上記下部車両の四隅に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の斜面昇降機の過荷重検出装置。
- 上記斜面昇降機は、上記過荷重検出装置で過荷重を検出したときに、その昇降を禁止させることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の斜面昇降機の過荷重検出装置。
