Abstract
【解決手段】下端ヒンジ部16を支点に揺動可能に支持されたオルガン式のアクセルペダル4と、その側方に配設されて上端枢支部を支点に揺動可能に支持された吊りペダル式のブレーキペダルと、運転席シートの前方部に位置するフロアパネル9の上面を覆うように設置されるフロアマット12とを有する自動車運転席のフロア構造において、上記フロアマット12には、アクセルペダル4の踏面板13よりも後方に位置して運転者の踵部が載置される踵載置領域の上面を前上がりに傾斜させた傾斜面部14を形成する傾斜面形成部材44が配設された。

Claims (6)
- 下端ヒンジ部を支点に揺動可能に支持されたオルガン式のアクセルペダルと、その側方に配設されて上端枢支部を支点に揺動可能に支持された吊りペダル式のブレーキペダルと、運転席シートの前方部に位置するフロアパネルの上面を覆うように設置されるフロアマットとを有する自動車運転席のフロア構造において、上記フロアマットには、アクセルペダルの踏面板よりも後方に位置して運転者の踵部が載置される踵載置領域の上面を前上がりに傾斜させた傾斜面部を形成する傾斜面形成部材が配設されたことを特徴とする自動車運転席のフロア構造。
- 上記傾斜面形成部材は、ブレーキペダルの踏込部よりも後方に位置して運転者の踵部が載置される踵載置領域の上面を、上記アクセルペダル側の踵載置領域と同一角度で前上がりに傾斜させるように、アクセルペダル側の踵載置領域からブレーキペダルの踵載置領域へと延設されるとともに、このブレーキペダル側の踵載置領域よりも前方側領域の上面を、上記踵載置領域と同一角度で前上がりに傾斜させるブレーキペダル側延長部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車運転席のフロア構造。
- 上記踵載置領域上面の傾斜角度が13.5°〜23.5°の範囲内に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動車運転席のフロア構造。
- 上記傾斜面形成部材は、通常時に運転者が載置するペダル操作足の踵部を支持し得る程度の剛性と、衝突時にペダル操作足の踵部に作用する衝撃エネルギーを吸収し得る程度の弾性とを有するパッド材により形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の自動車運転席のフロア構造。
- アクセルペダルの踏面板には、その踏込操作時に運転者の拇子球当接部が当接する領域を車両の後方側に向けて突出させた凸状面部からなる踏込部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の自動車運転席のフロア構造。
- 上記運転席シートを前後移動させるとともに、この運転席シートの前方移動に応じてそのシートクッションの後傾角度を低減するシート調整機構を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の自動車運転席のフロア構造。
