Abstract
【解決手段】エアーカプラー7に圧縮エアー11の供給ホース(図示せず)を接続し圧縮エアー11を注入する。この時、断熱カバー表面の冷媒非通過コーティング材とエアーカプラー7の対面に冷媒拡散用じゃま板を配置することで、断熱カバー内面に圧縮エアーが拡散しながら加熱筒全長にわたり冷却するので加熱筒1中心部まで効率よく冷却することができる。

Claims (3)
- 断熱材を内在している断熱カバーにおいて、冷媒注入口と該断熱カバー内部に冷媒拡散用じゃま板を設けたことを特徴とする加熱筒用の断熱カバー。
- 冷媒注入口対面の断熱カバー内部の位置に冷媒拡散用じゃま板を取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の断熱カバー。
- 冷媒非通過コーティング材をコーティングした断熱カバー表面と冷媒通過可能な耐熱性繊維を内面材としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項2記載の断熱カバー。
