Abstract
【解決手段】裁頭円錐状のフロントプレート1と、下部に円板状のベースプレート3を形成すると共に、複数放射方向に延びる硬質合成樹脂製の単位羽根板21の上面を羽根先端面21aとして形成し、且つ羽根先端面21a上にこの幅よりは小さい幅で上端が鋭角の先鋭突条4を一体形成した羽根2とを備える。フロントプレート1の内面1b及び複数の羽根先端面21aを円錐状面の一部として形成すると共に、両円錐状面の円錐頂角相互が同等となるように形成し、次いで、羽根2の上にフロントプレート1を載置して先鋭突条4端と前記フロントプレート1内面1bとを接触させ、そしてフロントプレート1とベースプレート3付き羽根2との間に適宜な加圧力を加えつつ微振動を与えて、先鋭突条4を溶融して前記フロントプレート1を前記羽根2に溶着する。

Description
樹脂インペラに限らず、2つ以上の樹脂の部材同士を溶着する手段は数多く存在し、例を挙げると
(1)超音波、(2)振動、(3)レーザー、(4)熱板、(5)高周波 等が挙げられる。
単に溶着面の面(平坦面等)と面を上下方向に押し付けた状態で超音波を加えても面と面とでは樹脂は溶けないため、片方は面だが、もう片方の面は〔特許文献1〕第2図[本件出願の図9(A)及び(B)参照]、第4図[本件出願の図9(C)参照]、第5図[本件出願の図9(D)及び(E)参照]、第6図、第7図、〔特許文献2〕Fig.2a,Fig.3a,Fig.4a,Fig.4b[本件出願の図8(B)参照],Fig.4c[本件出願の図8(A)参照],Fig.5等に記載のように溶着面に三角形状の突起が設けられている。面と三角形状の突起の溶着面同士を押し付けた後に超音波を加えると、三角形状の突起の先端を起点として樹脂が溶けて、溶着面同士が溶着される。
(3)レーザーとは、レーザー光線を溶着する箇所に当てることで樹脂を溶かし、溶着する方法である。
(上記3つは一般に樹脂と樹脂の溶着に使用されることが多い。)
(4)熱板とは、片方の金属もしくは高融点樹脂を予め高温にしておき、それを低融点樹脂に押し付けることで低融点樹脂を溶かし、溶着する手法である。
(本手法は片方が金属でも樹脂でも溶着可能)
(5)高周波とは、樹脂同士では無く、樹脂と金属の溶着において、金属に高周波を加えることで金属を加熱し、その高周波を加えて加熱された金属を樹脂に押し付けることで樹脂を溶かし、溶着する手法である。(樹脂と金属の溶着のみに使用)
他にも溶着方法は存在するが、主要な溶着方法としては以上である。
上記全ての溶着方法では、一旦溶着面の樹脂を溶かした後、自然冷却されることで溶けた樹脂が固まり溶着面同士が固着されるものである。
更にフロントプレートが、径(横)方向にずれて配置されるため、フロントプレートが、ずれた方向の反対側にはフロントプレートが、ずれた量だけフロントプレートが存在しない領域が出来てしまい、吐出性能向上のために設けられたフロントプレートが無い領域ができるため、ウォーターポンプの吐出性能が低下するものであった。

Claims (6)
- 裁頭円錐状のフロントプレートと、下部に円板状のベースプレートを形成すると共に、複数放射方向に延びる硬質合成樹脂製の単位羽根板の上面を羽根先端面として形成し、且つ該羽根先端面上に該羽根先端面の幅よりは小さい幅で上端が鋭角の先鋭突条を一体形成した羽根とを備え、前記フロントプレートの内面及び複数の前記羽根先端面を円錐状面の一部として形成すると共に、両円錐状面の円錐頂角相互が同等となるように形成しておき、前記ベースプレート付き羽根の上に前記フロントプレートを載置して前記先鋭突条端と前記フロントプレート内面とを接触させ、そして前記フロントプレートと前記ベースプレート付き羽根との間に適宜な加圧力を加えつつ微振動を与え、前記先鋭突条を溶融して前記フロントプレートを前記羽根に溶着することを特徴とするクローズドインペラの製造法。
- 請求項1において、前記先鋭突条の高さは略均一に形成してなることを特徴とするクローズドインペラの製造法。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記フロントプレート及び羽根先端面の円錐状は、円錐面として形成してなることを特徴とするクローズドインペラの製造法。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記フロントプレート及び羽根先端面の円錐状は、弧状円錐面として形成してなることを特徴とするクローズドインペラの製造法。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4において、前記フロントプレートの材質を、前記単位羽根板と同材質として形成してなることを特徴とするクローズドインペラの製造法。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4において、前記フロントプレートの材質を、前記単位羽根板とは異なる金属製として形成してなることを特徴とするクローズドインペラの製造法。
