Claims (7)
- 泥土中に、（Ａ）焼石膏と（Ｂ）アルミニウム化合物と（Ｃ）カルシウム成分及び／又はマグネシウム成分を含む化合物とを投入し、（Ａ）焼石膏と（Ｂ）アルミニウム化合物を、（Ｃ）カルシウム成分及び／又はマグネシウム成分の存在下で反応させて、泥土を固化するとともに、泥土中の重金属等（第２種特定有害物質）を、層状複水酸物様鉱物化、モノサルフェート様鉱物化、エトリンガイト様鉱物化した構造中に取り込んで不溶化させることを特徴とする重金属等の不溶化方法。
- 前記アルミニウム化合物が、酸化アルミニウム、塩化アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウム及びそれらの誘導体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種のアルミニウム化合物である請求項１に記載の重金属等の不溶化方法。
- 前記アルミニウム化合物が、アルミニウム硫酸塩水和物［Ａｌ 2 (ＳＯ 4 ) 3 ・ｎＨ 2 Ｏ］である請求項１又は２に記載の重金属等の不溶化方法。
- 前記アルミニウム化合物の投入量が、前記焼石膏１００質量部に対して０．８〜２０質量部の範囲内である請求項１乃至４のいずれか１項に記載の重金属等の不溶化方法。
- （Ａ）焼石膏１００質量部に対して、（Ｂ）アルミニウム化合物が０．８〜２０質量部の範囲で添加されてなる、泥土中の重金属等不溶化固化材（但し、セメントおよび／又はスラグを含むものを除く）を主成分とし、かつ、上記（Ｂ）のアルミニウム化合物が、アルミニウム硫酸塩水和物［Ａｌ 2 (ＳＯ 4 ) 3 ・ｎＨ 2 Ｏ（ｎ＝６，１０，１６，１８，２７）］であり、さらに、（Ｃ）カルシウム成分又はマグネシウム成分を含む中和剤が添加混合されていることを特徴とする重金属等不溶化固化材。
- 前記（Ｃ）のカルシウム成分を含む中和剤が水酸化カルシウム[Ｃａ(ＯＨ)2]であり、該（Ｃ）の中和剤が、前記（Ｂ）のアルミニウム化合物の０．１〜０．７５倍の質量の範囲で添加混合されている請求項５に記載の重金属等不溶化固化材。
- 前記焼石膏の一部又は全部が、廃石膏を焼成したものである請求項５又は６に記載の重金属等不溶化固化材。
