Abstract
【解決手段】石炭を処理する方法は、石炭から鉱物を除去するように調製された浸出剤と石炭を接触させることと;水及びある濃度の汚染物質を含む廃水流れを形成することと;加圧下で逆浸透膜の第1の面と廃水流れを接触させることとを含み、逆浸透膜を透過した汚染物質を低濃度で含む透過物流れは、逆浸透膜の第2の面から流出し、且つ汚染物質を更に高い濃度で含む濃縮物流れは、逆浸透膜の第1の面に保持される。

Claims (10)
- 石炭を処理する方法において、
前記石炭から鉱物を除去するように調製された浸出剤と前記石炭を接触させることと;
水及びある濃度の汚染物質を含む廃水流れを形成することと;
加圧下で逆浸透膜の第1の面と前記廃水流れを接触させることとから成り、前記逆浸透膜を透過した前記汚染物質を低濃度で含む透過物流れは、前記逆浸透膜の第2の面から流出し、且つ前記汚染物質を更に高い濃度で含む濃縮物流れは、前記逆浸透膜の前記第1の面に保持される方法。 - 前記廃水流れの汚染物質濃度は、約10,000mg/Lから約60,000mg/Lの総溶解固体濃度を有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記廃水流れは約0から約4のpHを有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記透過物流れは、約0.1mg/Lから約10,000mg/Lの総溶解固体濃度を有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮物流れは、約8,000mg/Lから約500,000mg/Lの総溶解固体濃度を有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記透過物流れは約4から約7のpHを有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮物流れは約0から約3のpHを有する請求項1記載の方法。
- ウルトラクリーン石炭を製造するように構成された高度石炭処理段(104)を具備し、前記高度石炭処理段(104)は、
石炭から鉱物を除去し且つ廃水流れを形成するように構成された浸出剤処理システム(120)と;
前記浸出剤処理システムと流体連通し且つ前記廃水流れにおける汚染物質の濃度を低下するように構成された脱水システム(126)とを具備し、前記脱水システムは、前記廃水流れと流体連通する逆浸透膜を具備する石炭処理システム(100)。 - 前記逆浸透膜は、前記廃水流れの前記汚染物質濃度と比較して汚染物質の濃度が低い透過物流れ及び汚染物質の濃度が高い濃縮物流れを生成するように構成される請求項8記載のシステム(100)。
- 前記高度石炭処理段(104)と動作可能に連係し、前記ウルトラクリーン石炭を燃焼して電力を発生するように構成された石炭ガスタービンシステム(106)を更に具備する請求項8記載のシステム(100)。
