Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るメラミン樹脂成形材料は、メラミン樹脂と、メラミン樹脂成形品を粉砕して得られるメラミン樹脂粉砕物とを含有する。前記メラミン樹脂粉砕物のメラミン樹脂とメラミン樹脂粉砕物との総量に対する含有量は50〜80質量%の範囲である。このメラミン樹脂成形材料では、メラミン樹脂粉砕物が充填材としての役割を果たし、良好な成形性が確保されるなど、メラミン樹脂成形材料として十分な性能を発揮する。またこのメラミン樹脂成形材料から形成されるメラミン樹脂成形品は外観が良好なものになると共に、機械的強度や電気特性、着色性、耐水性、耐熱水性、耐薬品性等のメラミン樹脂成形品としての性能を十分に発揮するようになる。

Description
各実施例及び比較例につき、下記表1に示す原料を配合し、均一に粉砕・混合した後、混練・粉砕し、メラミン樹脂成形材料を調製した。次にこのメラミン樹脂成形材料を加熱・加圧成形することにより、メラミン樹脂製の食器を製造した。
各実施例及び比較例で得られたメラミン樹脂成形材料につき、ディスクフロー評価試験及びキュラスト硬化評価試験を実施した。またメラミン樹脂製の食器の外観の良否を目視で評価した。
実施例4及び比較例について得られたメラミン樹脂成形材料でメラミン樹脂製の食器を作製した際、食器成形品の代表特性である曲げ強度、成形収縮率、吸水率及び比重について、JIS K6911に従って試験をおこなった。
Claims (3)
- メラミン樹脂と、メラミン樹脂成形品を粉砕して得られるメラミン樹脂粉砕物とを含有し、前記メラミン樹脂とメラミン樹脂粉砕物との総量に対するメラミン樹脂粉砕物の含有量が50〜80質量%の範囲であることを特徴とするメラミン樹脂成形材料。
- 上記メラミン樹脂粉砕物の粒度が、80〜130メッシュパスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメラミン樹脂成形材料。
- メラミン樹脂にメラミン樹脂粉砕物以外の充填材を浸透させた後、乾燥して得られるメラミン樹脂乾燥品が配合されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のメラミン樹脂成形材料。
