Claims (5)
- 高圧の流体が導入される弁室(30)に臨む弁座(25)に着座可能な弁体(34)が、環状のシール部材(35)を弁ハウジング(21)との間に介在させて前記弁ハウジング(21)に摺動可能に嵌合され、前記弁室(30)との間が前記シール部材(35)で隔絶された背圧室(55,56)が前記弁座(25)と反対側の前記弁体(34)の端部を臨ませて前記弁ハウジング(21)内に形成され、前記弁座(25)よりも下流側の流体圧が前記背圧室(55,56)に導入され、前記弁体(34)には、前記弁座(25)よりも下流側の流体圧に応じて作動する圧力受動部材(16)が連結される減圧弁において、前記シール部材(35)による前記弁体(34)のシール径よりも小径であるガイド孔(31)が、前記弁体(34)が同軸に有するガイド部(34c)を摺動可能に嵌合せしめるようにして前記弁ハウジング(21)に設けられることを特徴とする減圧弁。
- 前記弁室(30)とは反対側の端部を閉塞端として有底に形成される前記ガイド孔(31)と、該ガイド孔(31)よりも大径にしてガイド孔(31)の開口端に環状段部(33)を介して連なる収容孔(32)とが、同軸にして前記弁ハウジング(21)に設けられ、前記弁体(34)は、前記環状段部(33)との間に大径背圧室(55)を形成するようにして前記収容孔(32)の内面との間に前記シール部材(35)を介在させつつ前記収容孔(32)に収容される大径部(34a)と、前記ガイド孔(31)の閉塞端との間に小径背圧室(56)を形成しつつ前記ガイド孔(31)に摺動可能に嵌合されるガイド部(34c)とを備え、大径背圧室(55)および小径背圧室(56)に前記弁座(25)よりも下流側の流体圧が導入されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の減圧弁。
- 前記弁座(25)よりも下流側の流体圧を前記大径背圧室(55)に導入するための背圧導入通路(57)が前記弁ハウジング(21)に設けられ、前記ガイド部(34c)の外面または前記ガイド孔(31)の内面に、前記大径背圧室(55)および前記小径背圧室(56)間を結ぶ連通路(58)を前記ガイド部(34c)の外面および前記ガイド孔(31)の内面間に形成する切欠き(59)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2記載の減圧弁。
- 前記シール部材(35)が、前記弁体(34)の大径部(34a)の外面または前記収容孔(32)の内面に装着されるOリングであることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の減圧弁。
- 前記流体がLPG燃料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の減圧弁。
