Abstract
【解決手段】組電池は、複数の電池モジュール110と、電池モジュール110を保持する保持スペーサ130を有する。保持スペーサ130には、複数の突起が設けられ、これらの突起が電池モジュール110に当接して電池モジュール110を保持するとともに、冷却媒体の流路を構成する。保持スペーサ130内に発熱体を埋設し、あるいは保持スペーサ130の中空部に発熱体を挿入し、寒冷地において発熱体に通電して電池モジュール110を加熱する。

Claims (7)
- 複数の電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュール間に配置され、前記電池モジュールを保持する保持スペーサと、
を有する組電池であって、
前記保持スペーサは、前記電池モジュールに当接して前記電池モジュールを保持する複数の突部が形成され、前記突部が形成されていない部位において冷却媒体を流通させる冷却路が構成され、かつ、前記電池モジュールを加熱する発熱手段が備えられていることを特徴とする組電池。 - 請求項1記載の組電池において、
前記発熱手段は、前記保持スペーサの内部に埋設されていることを特徴とする組電池。 - 請求項1記載の組電池において、
前記保持スペーサは、中空部を有し、
前記発熱手段は、前記中空部に挿入されていることを特徴とする組電池。 - 請求項3記載の組電池において、
前記保持スペーサの前記突部は、前記電池モジュールの列置方向と垂直方向に延在する中空の柱状突部であることを特徴とする組電池。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組電池において、
前記発熱手段は、前記組電池の周辺部において中央部よりも発熱量が大であることを特徴とする組電池。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置において、
前記電池モジュールは、一列に列置された複数の単電池を含む直方体形状であることを特徴とする組電池。 - 請求項6記載の装置において、
前記電池モジュール及び前記保持スペーサは、両端部のエンドプレートで挟持されつつ拘束手段で全体的に拘束されて一体化されることを特徴とする組電池。
