Abstract
【解決手段】平板状の冷却基板12を挟み、冷却基板12の両面にそれぞれ単電池16を組み付けて電池集合体10を構成した。冷却基板12は、冷媒による冷却方式が好ましく、冷却基板12の両面を冷却面とする。単電池16は、単電池16の一面に正負両端子が設けられており、端子面19に対向した面(「端子逆面21」とする。)を、冷却基板12との熱伝達面として形成し、端子面19を電池集合体10の外方に向けて配置し、端子逆面21を冷却基板12に近接させた。

Claims (6)
- 複数の単電池を組み合わせた電池集合体であり、
前記単電池は、冷却基板を挟むように配置され、かつ前記単電池の端子が設けられた端子面以外の面を前記冷却基板の冷却面に、該冷却面との間で熱伝達可能な状態に組み付けられていることを特徴とする電池集合体。 - 前記冷却基板を挟み該冷却基板の両側にそれぞれ配置された少なくとも一対の単電池は、該単電池の端子が設けられた端子面を前記電池集合体の外方とし、前記端子面に対向した端子逆面を前記冷却基板の冷却面に熱伝達可能な状態で組み付けてあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池集合体。
- 前記単電池の端子逆面側の端部が組み付けられる組付部を備えた保持部材を、前記冷却基板と前記単電池との間に配置し、
前記端子逆面と前記冷却基板の間に熱伝達部材を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電池集合体。 - 前記保持部材は保持片を備え、該保持片は、前記端子逆面と連続する側面に当接し、該単電池の前記端子逆面側の端部を保持する外方に広がる傾斜部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池集合体。
- 複数の単電池を組み合わせた電池集合体であり、
表裏両面に冷却面を備えた冷却基板と、
一面に正負両端子を有した端子面と、前記端子面に対向した端子逆面を備えた少なくとも一対の単電池と、
前記単電池の端子逆面側の端部を保持する保持部材と、
前記電池集合体の外郭を囲う外枠体と、を具備し、
前記冷却基板を挟み、該冷却基板の冷却面の両側に、前記保持部材を配置し、
前記端子面を前記電池集合体の外方にし、前記保持部において前記端子逆面と前記冷却基板の間に変形可能な熱伝達部材を介在させ、前記端子逆面と前記冷却基板の冷却面とを熱伝達可能とし、更に前記単電池を前記保持部材に任意の位置で保持可能とし、前記端子面を同一面に設定したことを特徴とする電池集合体。 - 前記単電池は、自動車の駆動用電力を蓄電する二次電池としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池集合体。
