Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュール(11、12)を有する自動車用バッテリであって、前記バッテリモジュール(11、12)または各バッテリモジュール(11、12)は、複数の電池(13、14)を有し、前記複数の電池(13、14)は、並べて配置され、それぞれの前記バッテリモジュール(11、12)の両端面で第1の壁(15)によって挟まれ、かつそれぞれの前記バッテリモジュール(11、12)の両長手面で第2の壁(16)によって挟まれ、前記バッテリモジュール(11、12)または各バッテリモジュール(11、12)の前記電池(13、14)は、前記電池(13、14)の底面(17)で冷却プレート(18)に当接する、自動車用バッテリにおいて、
前記バッテリモジュール(11、12)または各バッテリモジュール(11、12)の前記電池(13、14)同士が、前記それぞれのバッテリモジュールの前記両端面に配置された前記第1の壁(15)間で、第1の方向に、具体的には、前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール(11、12)の長手方向に押圧されることと、
前記それぞれのバッテリモジュールのほぼ中間で、前記バッテリモジュール(11、12)または各バッテリモジュール(11、12)の2つの隣接する電池(13)間および2つの隣接する電池(14)間にダミー電池(22)が配置され、締め付けボルト(23)が前記ダミー電池(22)を貫通し、前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール(11、12)の前記電池(13、14)が、前記締め付けボルト(23)によって、前記第1の方向に対して垂直に延びる第2の方向に、前記冷却プレート(18)に押圧されることと、
を特徴とする自動車用バッテリ。 - 締め付けレール(25)が、前記バッテリモジュール(11、12)または各バッテリモジュール(11、12)の前記電池(13、14)の上面(19)上で、具体的には、前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール(11、12)の前記両端面に配置された前記第1の壁(15)間で、前記第1の方向に延び、前記締め付けレール(25)が、前記第1の壁(15)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 前記それぞれの締め付けボルト(23)が前記締め付けレール(25)と係合し、前記締め付けレール(25)によって、前記第2の方向に押圧しあう力を前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール(11、12)の電池(13、14)に加えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 前記第2の方向は、前記長手方向に対して垂直に延び、かつ前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール(11、12)の横方向に対して垂直に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 少なくとも1つのそれぞれのバッテリモジュール(11、12)は、前記冷却プレート(18)の両側に配置され、少なくとも1つのそれぞれの締め付けボルト(23)は、前記冷却プレート(18)に対して互いに反対に位置する前記バッテリモジュール(11、12)の前記電池(13、14)を前記電池(13、14)の前記底面(17)で前記冷却プレート(18)に押圧するように、前記冷却プレート(18)に対して互いに反対に位置するバッテリモジュール(11、12)のダミー電池(22)を貫通し、前記冷却プレート(18)の凹部を貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 前記締め付けボルト(23)は、締め付けねじ(29)およびスプリング要素(28)によって、第1のバッテリモジュールの前記締め付けレール(25)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 前記締め付けボルト(23)は、締め付けねじ(29)によって、前記冷却プレート(18)に対して前記第1のバッテリモジュールの反対側に位置する第2のバッテリモジュールの前記締め付けレール(25)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 留め具(30)が、前記両端面で前記電池(13、14)を挟む前記第1の壁(15)と係合し、前記留め具(30)はさらに、前記冷却プレート(18)に対して互いに反対に位置する前記バッテリモジュール(11、12)と冷却プレート(18)とを前記第2の方向に互いに押圧することを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
