Abstract
【解決手段】照明光を所定のサンプリングレートに従って螺旋状走査させることが可能な内視鏡装置において、2画面表示モードの場合、走査エリアN1では白色光と励起光とを交互に照射させる。一方、それ以外の走査エリアでは、白色光を照射させる。そして、白色光による通常観察画像と、励起光による蛍光観察画像とを画面に同時表示する。

Claims (18)
- 第1の照明光と第2の照明光とを照射可能な光源と、
前記光源からの照明光をスコープ先端部へ伝達する光ファイバと、
光ファイバ先端部を振動させることによって、観察対象に対し照明光を螺旋状に走査させる走査手段と、
走査位置に応じて、前記第1の照明光と第2の照明光を選択的に放射させる光源制御手段と、
所定のサンプリングレートによって観察対象に応じた画素データを検出し、観察画像を生成する画像形成手段とを備え、
前記光源制御手段が、前記第1の照明光によるスポットと前記第2の照明光によるスポットとを混在させるように、照明を切り替え制御し、
前記画像形成手段が、前記第1の照明光による画素信号から第1の観察画像を生成し、前記第2の照明光による画素信号から第2の観察画像を生成することを特徴とすることを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記光源制御手段が、前記所定のサンプリングレートによるサンプル間隔が観察画像解像度に従う画素間隔より短い所定の走査範囲において、前記第1の照明光と前記第2の照明光とを混在させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記光源制御手段が、観察対象の中央エリアにおいて、前記第1の照明光と前記第2の照明光とを混在させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記所定の走査範囲が、前記第1の観察画像と前記第2の観察画像との解像度を同レベルに設定可能な走査範囲として定められることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記所定の走査範囲が、一周分のスパイラル状走査ラインに沿ったサンプル画素数に対し取捨可能な画素数の割合に基づいて定められることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記光源制御手段が、前記所定の走査範囲外において、前記第1の照明光もしくは前記第2の照明光を単独で照射させることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれかに記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記光源制御手段が、走査エリア全体を照射させる照明光を、前記第1の照明光と第2の照明光との間で切り替え可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記光源制御手段が、走査位置に応じて前記第1の照明光と前記第2の照明光とを交互にパルス照射させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1の観察画像と前記第2の観察画像とを同時に画面表示させる表示処理手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1の照明光および前記第2の照明光が、それぞれ、カラー観察画像用の光、蛍光観察画像用の励起光、赤外光の波長を含むあるいはそれに近い長波長領域の光のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記光源が、第3の照明光を照射可能であり、
前記光源制御手段が、前記第1の照明光によるスポットと、前記第2の照明光によるスポットと、前記第3の照明光によるスポットとを混在させ、
前記画像形成手段が、前記第3の照明光による画素信号から第3の観察画像を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記光源制御手段が、走査位置に応じて前記第1の照明光と前記第2の照明光と前記第3の照明光を交互にパルス照射させることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1の観察画像と前記第2の観察画像と前記第3の観察画像とを同時に画面表示させる画像信号処理手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項11乃至12のいずれかに記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第3の照明光が、赤外光の波長を含むあるいはそれに近い長波長領域の光であって、
第3の照明光に基づき、内視鏡先端から観察対象までの距離を測定する距離測定手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 観察対象に対し照明光を螺旋状に走査させる走査手段と、
第1の照明光と第2の照明光とを照射可能な光源から、走査位置に応じて、前記第1の照明光と第2の照明光を選択的に放射させる光源制御手段とを備え、
前記光源制御手段が、前記第1の照明光によるスポットと前記第2の照明光によるスポットとを混在させるように、照明を切り替え制御することを特徴とする内視鏡照明装置。 - 請求項15に記載された内視鏡照明装置の照明による反射光から、所定のサンプリングレートによって観察対象に応じた画素データを検出する画素検出手段と、
前記第1の照明光による画素信号から第1の観察画像を生成し、前記第2の照明光による画素信号から第2の観察画像を生成する画像生成手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする画像形成装置。 - 観察対象に対し照明光を螺旋状に走査させ、
第1の照明光と第2の照明光とを照射可能な光源から、走査位置に応じて、前記第1の照明光と第2の照明光を選択的に放射させ、また、前記第1の照明光によるスポットと前記第2の照明光によるスポットとを混在させるように、照明を切り替えることを特徴とする内視鏡照明方法。 - 請求項17に記載された内視鏡照明方法の照明による反射光から、所定のサンプリングレートによって観察対象に応じた画素データを検出し、
前記第1の照明光による画素信号から第1の観察画像を生成し、前記第2の照明光による画素信号から第2の観察画像を生成することを特徴とする内視鏡画像形成方法。
