Abstract
【解決手段】第1の波形合成樹脂管1Aの対面する端部10に、少なくとも該端部外面側の波形状を形成している凹部2aを埋める合成樹脂層5を被着することにより筒状の挿し口部3を設け、第2の波形合成樹脂管1Bの対面する端部11に、該端部外面側に被着され且つ軸方向外側に筒状に延出された合成樹脂よりなる受口部4を設け、第1の波形合成樹脂管1Aの挿し口部3を第2の波形合成樹脂管1Bの受口部4に挿着して互いに接続する。

Claims (20)
- 管壁を螺旋波形状に形成してなる2本の波形合成樹脂管を端部で互いに接続する接続構造であって、
第1の波形合成樹脂管の対面する端部に、少なくとも該端部外面側の波形状を形成している凹部を埋める合成樹脂層を被着することにより筒状の挿し口部を設け、
第2の波形合成樹脂管の対面する端部に、該端部外面側に被着され且つ軸方向外側に筒状に延出された合成樹脂よりなる受口部を設け、
前記第1の波形合成樹脂管の挿し口部を、前記第2の波形合成樹脂管の受口部に挿着して互いに接続されることを特徴とする波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。 - 前記挿し口部と受口部の間にシール部材を介装してなる請求項1記載の波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。
- 前記挿し口部の外面に前記シール部材が嵌め込まれる環状溝を形成してなる請求項2記載の波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。
- 前記受口部及び挿し口部のうち少なくとも受口部の合成樹脂部分に、補強繊維を含有させてなる請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。
- 前記補強繊維を、該補強繊維からなる織布、不織布、若しくは樹脂で固めた成形体の形態で前記合成樹脂部分に埋設させるか、或いはチップ状の形態で前記合成樹脂部分に含有させてなる請求項4記載の波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。
- 前記補強繊維が、ガラス繊維又はグラスファイバーよりなる請求項4又は5記載の波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。
- 前記受口部が、前記第2の波形合成樹脂管の対面する端部に、該第2の波形合成樹脂管よりも大径の管材を同軸状に前記端部外面側から軸方向外側に突出する状態に連結し、前記管材の少なくとも内面側に合成樹脂層を被着させてなる請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。
- 前記管材と前記第2の波形合成樹脂管の端部とを、その間に介在する前記合成樹脂層により一体化してなる請求項7記載の波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の接続構造に用いられる波形合成樹脂管であって、管壁を螺旋波形状に形成して構成され、一端部に、少なくとも該一端部外面側の波形状を形成している凹部を埋める合成樹脂層を被着することにより筒状の挿し口部を設け、他端部に、該他端部外面側に被着され且つ軸方向外側に筒状に延出された合成樹脂よりなる受口部を設けてなることを特徴とする波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記一端部の挿し口部外面に、シール部材が嵌め込まれる環状溝を形成してなる請求項9記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記受口部及び挿し口部のうち少なくとも受口部の合成樹脂部分に、補強繊維を含有させてなる請求項9又は10記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記補強繊維を、該補強繊維からなる織布、不織布、若しくは樹脂で固めた成形体の形態で前記合成樹脂部分に埋設させるか、或いはチップ状の形態で前記合成樹脂部分に含有させてなる請求項11記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記補強繊維が、ガラス繊維又はグラスファイバーよりなる請求項11又は12記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記受口部が、前記他端部に、当該波形合成樹脂管よりも大径の管材を同軸状に前記他端部外面側から軸方向外側に突出する状態に連結し、前記管材の少なくとも内面側に合成樹脂層を被着させてなる請求項9〜13の何れか1項に記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記管材と前記他端部とを、その間に介在する前記合成樹脂層により一体化してなる請求項14記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記受口部を、当該波形合成樹脂管よりも大径の管材を同軸状に前記他端部の外面側から軸方向外側に突出する状態とし、少なくとも前記管材と波形合成樹脂管との間の隙間に前記合成樹脂層の合成樹脂材料を充填してなることを特徴とする請求項9〜13の何れか1項に記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記管材を、当該波形合成樹脂管と同様、管壁が螺旋波形状に形成された管材とした請求項16記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 請求項16又は17記載の波形合成樹脂管の製造方法であって、
前記波形合成樹脂管の管壁の成形に連続して、
該成形された波形合成樹脂管の前記他端側に、該波形合成樹脂管より大径の前記管材を径方向外側からガイド部で支持しながら同軸状に成形し、
成形された管材の軸方向内側および外側の端部をそれぞれ封止チャックで塞ぎ、
該塞がれた前記管材と波形合成樹脂管との間の隙間に前記合成樹脂層の合成樹脂材料を注入してなることを特徴とする波形合成樹脂管の製造方法。 - 前記封止チャックの少なくとも一方に、前記合成樹脂材料を注入するための注入口を設けてなる請求項18記載の波形合成樹脂管の製造方法。
- 前記管材の成形において、連続的に供給された鋼板を断面視M字状に変形加工した後、これを螺旋状に送り出すとともに、その外面側に外巻テープを連続的に同じく螺旋状に送出して被着させ、軸方向に接合一体化された管材を形成してなる請求項18又は19記載の波形合成樹脂管の製造方法。
