Claims (8)
- 管壁を螺旋波形状に形成してなる2本の波形合成樹脂管を端部で互いに接続する接続構造であって、
第1の波形合成樹脂管の対面する端部に、少なくとも該端部外面側の波形状を形成している凹部を埋める合成樹脂層を被着することにより、外表面が軸方向に沿って略平らな筒状の挿し口部を設け、
第2の波形合成樹脂管の対面する端部に、該端部外面側に被着され且つ軸方向外側に筒状に延出され、内周面が軸方向に沿って略平らであり前記挿し口部が挿入される受け面となる合成樹脂よりなる受口部を設け、上記受口部は、上記第2の波形合成樹脂管よりも大径であり同軸状にその第2の波形合成樹脂管の上記端部の外面から軸方向外側に突出する、管壁が螺旋波形状に形成された管材を有し、その管材と上記第2の波形合成樹脂管はそれらの隙間に充填された合成樹脂材料によって一体化され、上記第2の波形合成樹脂管の端部から突出している上記管材の内面側に合成樹脂層が被着され、
前記挿し口部の外面にシール部材を嵌め込むための環状溝を形成し、
前記挿し口部と受口部の間にシール部材を介装し、
前記受口部及び挿し口部のうち少なくとも受口部の合成樹脂部分に、補強繊維を含有させ、
前記第1の波形合成樹脂管の挿し口部を、前記第2の波形合成樹脂管の受口部における上記管材の内面側に被着されている上記合成樹脂層に挿着して互いに接続されることを特徴とする波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。 - 前記補強繊維を、該補強繊維からなる織布、不織布、若しくは樹脂で固めた成形体の形態で前記合成樹脂部分に埋設させるか、或いはチップ状の形態で前記合成樹脂部分に含有させてなる請求項1記載の波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。
- 前記補強繊維が、ガラス繊維又はグラスファイバーよりなる請求項1又は2記載の波形合成樹脂管の接続構造。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の接続構造に用いられる波形合成樹脂管であって、管壁を螺旋波形状に形成して構成され、一端部に、該一端部外面側の波形状を形成している凹部を埋める合成樹脂層を被着することにより、外表面が軸方向に沿って略平らな筒状の挿し口部を設け、他端部に、該他端部外面側に被着され且つ軸方向外側に筒状に延出され、内周面が軸方向に沿って略平らである合成樹脂よりなる受口部を設けてなることを特徴とする波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記一端部の挿し口部外面に、シール部材が嵌め込まれる環状溝を形成してなる請求項4記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記受口部及び挿し口部のうち少なくとも受口部の合成樹脂部分に、補強繊維を含有させてなる請求項4又は5記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記補強繊維を、該補強繊維からなる織布、不織布、若しくは樹脂で固めた成形体の形態で前記合成樹脂部分に埋設させるか、或いはチップ状の形態で前記合成樹脂部分に含有させてなる請求項6記載の波形合成樹脂管。
- 前記補強繊維が、ガラス繊維又はグラスファイバーよりなる請求項6又は7記載の波形合成樹脂管。
