第2:活性層が、電子供与体としてポルフィリン化合物またはフタロシアニン化合物を含有し、電子受容体としてフラーレン化合物を含有することを特徴とする上記第1の有機光電変換素子。
第4:活性層が、電子供与体として共役系高分子を含有し、電子受容体としてフラーレン化合物を含有することを特徴とする上記第1の有機光電変換素子。
図1、図2および図3は、本発明に係る有機光電変換素子の一実施形態を示すものであって、本発明は何ら図示した構成に限定されるものではない。例えば、図1とは逆の積層構造とすること、すなわち、基板1上に陰極6、陰極バッファ層5、活性層4、陽極バッファ層3、陽極2の順に積層することも可能である。このことは図2、図3の構造についても同様である。
<実施例1>
図3に示す構造を有する有機薄膜太陽電池を以下の方法で作製した。
<実施例2>
陰極にアルミニウムを用い、陰極蒸着後に120℃において10分間アニール処理を行った他は実施例1と同様にして、有機薄膜太陽電池を作製した。
<実施例3>
陰極バッファ層に、ベンゾホスホール化合物(3)を用いた他は実施例2と同様にして、有機薄膜太陽電池を作製した。
<比較例1>
陰極バッファ層として下記化合物(BCP)を用いた他は実施例2と同様にして素子を作製した。
<比較例2>
陰極バッファ層を設けない以外は実施例2と同様にして素子を作製した。

Claims (5)
- 基板上に、少なくとも一方が透明である陽極と陰極との間に配置された、電子供与体と電子受容体とからなる活性層を有する有機光電変換素子において、活性層と陰極との間に、下記一般式(I)、(II-1)、または(II-2)で表わされるベンゾホスホール化合物からなる層を有することを特徴とする有機光電変換素子。
- 活性層が、電子供与体としてポルフィリン化合物またはフタロシアニン化合物を含有し、電子受容体としてフラーレン化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機光電変換素子。
- 活性層が、電子供与体として共役系高分子を含有し、電子受容体としてフラーレン化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機光電変換素子。
- 前記一般式(I)、(II-1)、または(II-2)で表わされるベンゾホスホールを含有する層が形成された後、50〜250℃の温度範囲でアニール処理したものであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の有機光電変換素子。
