Abstract
【解決手段】ケーシング18と、内輪36、外輪50、及びこの内輪36と外輪50との間に配置された転動体を有する第2軸受B2と、出力軸16と内輪36とを直接固定・取り外し可能とする脱着手段C1と、を備える。外輪50は、ケーシング18にて支持され、第2軸受B2の内輪36、外輪50、及び転動体をケーシング18に組み付けた状態のまま、脱着手段C1により、出力軸16が、内輪36に直接固定可能であり且つ内輪36から取り外し可能とされている。

Claims (6)
- ケーシング内に減速機構を有し、該減速機構を構成する歯車を支持する軸を備えた減速装置の軸の支持構造であって、
内輪、外輪、及びこの内輪と外輪との間に配置された転動体を有し、前記軸を支持する軸受と、
前記内輪に前記軸を直接取り付け・取り外し可能とする脱着手段と、を備え、
前記外輪が、前記ケーシングにて支持され、
前記脱着手段が、前記軸受を前記ケーシングに組み付けた状態のまま前記軸を前記内輪に直接取り付け可能で、且つ前記軸受を前記ケーシングに組み付けた状態のまま前記軸を前記内輪から取り外し可能な構成とされている
ことを特徴とする減速装置の軸の支持構造。 - 請求項1において、
前記内輪に、前記軸と共に回転するべき歯車が固定されており、
前記脱着手段が、更に前記内輪に該歯車をも組み付けた状態のまま前記軸を前記内輪から取り外し可能な構成とされている
ことを特徴とする減速装置の軸の支持構造。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記脱着手段が、前記軸の半径方向に突出形成されたフランジ部、該フランジ部に軸方向に貫通形成されたボルト挿通孔、該ボルト挿通孔に挿入されるボルト、及び該ボルトが螺入される前記内輪のボルト孔によって構成されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置の軸の支持構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記軸受が、単一の内輪によって前記軸を支持している
ことを特徴とする減速装置の軸の支持構造。 - 前記減速機構が入力軸及び出力軸を備え、該入力軸及び出力軸の少なくとも一方に対して、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載された軸の支持構造を適用した
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項5において、
前記入力軸は、ピニオンが形成されたピニオン軸と、フランジ部が形成され該ピニオン軸と一体化された入力フランジと、からなる
ことを特徴とする減速装置。
