Abstract
【解決手段】変速制御手段(変速機コントローラ、油圧制御回路)は、バリエータ及び副変速機構の全体の変速比であるスルー変速比がモード切換変速比よりも大きな変速比から小さな変速比に変化したときに副変速機構の変速段を第1変速段から第2変速段に変更するとともに、バリエータの変速比を変速比大側に変更する。モード切換変速比は低速モード最High変速比と高速モード最Low変速比との中間に設定される。

Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載される無段変速機であって、
変速比を無段階に変更することができるベルト式無段変速機構(以下、「バリエータ」という)と、
前記バリエータに対して直列に設けられ、前進用変速段として第1変速段とこの第1変速段よりも変速比の小さな第2変速段とを含む副変速機構と、
前記車両の運転条件に基づき、前記バリエータの変速比と前記副変速機構の変速段とを変更することで、前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比であるスルー変速比を変更する変速制御手段と、
を備え、
前記バリエータの変速比が最High変速比で前記副変速機構の変速段が前記第1変速段であるときの前記スルー変速比(以下、「低速モード最High変速比」という。)は、前記バリエータの変速比が最Low変速比で前記副変速機構の変速段が前記第2変速段であるときの前記スルー変速比(以下、「高速モード最Low変速比」という。)よりも小さく、
前記低速モード最High変速比と前記高速モード最Low変速比との中間の値がモード切換変速比として設定され、
前記変速制御手段は、前記スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比を跨いで変化したときに前記副変速機構の変速段を変更するとともに前記バリエータの変速比を前記副変速機構の変速比が変化する方向と逆の方向に変更する、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 前記変速制御手段は、前記スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比よりも大きな変速比から小さな変速比に変化したときに前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第1変速段から前記第2変速段に変更するとともに前記バリエータの変速比を変速比大側に変更する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機。 - 前記変速制御手段は、前記スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比よりも小さな変速比から大きな変速比に変化したときに前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第2変速段から前記第1変速段に変更するとともに前記バリエータの変速比を変速比小側に変更する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機。 - 車両に搭載され、変速比を無段階に変更することができるベルト式無段変速機構(以下、「バリエータ」という)と、前記バリエータに対して直列に設けられ、前進用変速段として第1変速段とこの第1変速段よりも変速比の小さな第2変速段とを含む副変速機構と、前記車両の運転条件に基づき、前記バリエータの変速比と前記副変速機構の変速段とを変更することで、前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比であるスルー変速比を変更する変速制御手段とを備えた無段変速機の変速制御方法であって、
前記バリエータの変速比が最High変速比で前記副変速機構の変速段が前記第1変速段であるときの前記スルー変速比(以下、「低速モード最High変速比」という。)は、前記バリエータの変速比が最Low変速比で前記副変速機構の変速段が前記第2変速段であるときの前記スルー変速比(以下、「高速モード最Low変速比」という。)よりも小さく、
前記低速モード最High変速比と前記高速モード最Low変速比との中間の値をモード切換変速比として設定し、
前記スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比を跨いで変化したときに前記副変速機構の変速段を変更するとともに前記バリエータの変速比を前記副変速機構の変速比が変化する方向と逆の方向に変更する、
ことを特徴とする変速制御方法。 - 前記スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比よりも大きな変速比から小さな変速比に変化したときに前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第1変速段から前記第2変速段に変更するとともに前記バリエータの変速比を変速比大側に変更する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の変速制御方法。 - 前記スルー変速比が前記モード切換変速比よりも小さな変速比から大きな変速比に変化したときに前記副変速機構の変速段を前記第2変速段から前記第1変速段に変更するとともに前記バリエータの変速比を変速比小側に変更する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の変速制御方法。
