Abstract
【解決手段】14族元素の酸化物とリチウムと反応性のない非活性相とを利用した多孔性アノード活物質、その製造方法、これを含んだアノード及びリチウム電池であり、該非活性相としては、シリカを使用する。多孔性アノード活物質は、14族元素の酸化物85−99重量部と、リチウムと反応しない非活性相として存在するシリカ1−15重量部とを含む。

Description
塩化スズ(SnCl4)1gを水に溶解して塩化スズ含有水溶液を準備し、この塩化スズ含有水溶液1gを、OMSテンプレート物質として利用されるSiO2 3gに含浸した。
1M HF水溶液の代わりに、3M NaOH水溶液を利用してOMSをエッチングしたことを除いては、比較製造例1と同じ方法によって実施し、多孔性アノード活物質を得た。
1M HF水溶液の代わりに、1M NaOH水溶液を利用してOMSをエッチングしたことを除いては、比較製造例1と同じ方法によって実施し、多孔性アノード活物質を得た。
1M HF水溶液の代わりに、0.5M NaOH水溶液を利用してOMSを2時間エッチングしたことを除いては、比較製造例1と同じ方法によって実施し、多孔性アノード活物質を得た。
比較製造例1の多孔性アノード活物質とカーボンブラック(Super−P、Timcal,Inc.)とバインダであるポリフッ化ビニリデンとを70:15:15重量の比で混合し、アノード活物質層形成用のスラリを準備した。
比較製造例1の多孔性アノード活物質の代わりに、製造例1の多孔性アノード活物質を使用したことを除いては、比較例1と同じ方法によって実施し、リチウム電池を製造した。
比較製造例1の多孔性アノード活物質の代わりに、製造例2の多孔性アノード活物質を使用したことを除いては、比較例1と同じ方法によって実施し、リチウム電池を製造した。
比較製造例1の多孔性アノード活物質の代わりに比較製造例2の多孔性アノード活物質を使用したことを除いては、比較例1と同じ方法によって実施し、リチウム電池を製造した。
比較製造例1の多孔性アノード活物質の代わりに黒鉛を使用したことを除いては、比較例1と同じ方法によって実施し、リチウム電池を製造した。
11 シリカ
Claims (15)
- 14族元素の酸化物85−99重量部と、リチウムと反応しない非活性相として存在するシリカ1−15重量部とを含む多孔性アノード活物質。
- 前記14族元素の酸化物が、
酸化スズ(SnO2)、酸化シリコン(SiOx、ただし0<X<2)、酸化ゲルマニウム(GeO2)または酸化鉛(PbO)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多孔性アノード活物質。 - 前記酸化シリコン(SiOx、ただし0<X<2)で、Xは1であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多孔性アノード活物質。
- 前記14族元素の酸化物は、直径が2ないし50nmであるメソ孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多孔性アノード活物質。
- 前記14族元素の酸化物は、直径が5ないし10nmであるメソ孔を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多孔性アノード活物質。
- 前記14族元素の酸化物がスズ酸化物であり、
前記シリカは、スズ酸化物の表面に結合された粒子状を有し、
前記シリカ粒子の平均直径は、20ないし200nmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多孔性アノード活物質。 - (a)メソポーラス・シリカ(OMS)を、14族元素塩と溶媒とを含む14族元素塩含有水溶液に含浸する段階と、
(b)前記結果物を熱処理し、OMSと14族元素酸化物との複合体を形成する段階と、
(c)前記結果物を酸溶液または塩基溶液でエッチングする段階とを含み、14族元素の酸化物85−99重量部と、リチウムと反応しない非活性相であるシリカ1−15重量部とを含む多孔性アノード活物質を得ることを特徴とする多孔性アノード活物質の製造方法。 - 前記14族元素塩が、
SnCl4、SnCl2、SnSO4、NaSnO3、PbSO4、PbCl2、GeCl4、GeOCl2、Na2SiO3、Li2SiO3、Li4SiO4からなる群から選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多孔性アノード活物質の製造方法。 - 前記塩基溶液は、NaOH溶液またはKOH溶液であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多孔性アノード活物質の製造方法。
- 前記酸溶液は、HF溶液であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多孔性アノード活物質の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理が酸素雰囲気下で300ないし800℃で行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多孔性アノード活物質の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理が2ないし3時間実施されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多孔性アノード活物質の製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項6のうち、いずれか1項に記載の多孔性アノード活物質を含むアノード。
- 導電剤、アノード活物質、導電剤、バインダ及び溶媒を混合して多孔性アノード活物質形成用の組成物を得る段階と、
前記多孔性アノード活物質形成用の組成物を集電体上にコーティングする段階と、
前記結果物を乾燥する段階とを含み、
前記多孔性アノード活物質は、14族元素の酸化物85−99重量部と、リチウムと反応しない非活性相として存在するシリカ1−15重量部とを含み、
前記14族元素の酸化物は、
酸化スズ(SnO2)、酸化シリコン(SiOx、ただし0<X<2)、酸化ゲルマニウム(GeO2)または酸化鉛(PbO)であり、
前記14族元素の酸化物は、直径が2ないし50nmであるメソ孔を有する多孔性アノード活物質を含むアノードの製造方法。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のうち、いずれか1項に記載の多孔性アノード活物質を含むアノードを具備するリチウム電池。
