Abstract
【解決手段】支持体10と、該支持体10の少なくとも片面に形成された粘着剤層11とを有する貼付剤であって、該貼付剤は周辺部22と中央部21を有し、前記粘着剤層11は空隙部31を有し、粘着剤層11における空隙部31は周辺部22に局在化しており、中央部21における粘着剤層11は実質的に空隙部を有さず、かつ周辺部22における粘着剤層11は空隙部31を平均で2.0〜100個/mm3有することを特徴とする貼付剤。

[1]支持体と、該支持体の少なくとも片面に形成された粘着剤層とを有する貼付剤であって、該貼付剤は周辺部と中央部を有し、前記粘着剤層は空隙部を有し、粘着剤層における空隙部は周辺部に局在化しており、中央部における粘着剤層は実質的に空隙部を有さず、かつ周辺部における粘着剤層は空隙部を平均で2.0〜100個/mm3有することを特徴とする貼付剤。
[2]周辺部における粘着剤層の厚さは、中央部における粘着剤層の厚さより小さい、前記[1]記載の貼付剤。
[3]支持体は多孔質体と樹脂フィルムの積層体であり、該積層体の多孔質体側に粘着剤層が積層される前記[1]記載の貼付剤。
[4]周辺部の平面形状は、その幅が0.29〜3.5mmの帯状である部分を有する、前記[1]記載の貼付剤。
[5]中央部における粘着剤層の厚さが、50μm以上である前記[1]〜[4]いずれかに記載の貼付剤。
[6]中央部における粘着剤層の厚さは100〜4000μmであり、周辺部における粘着剤層の厚さは、1.5〜300μmであり、かつ中央部における粘着剤層の厚さよりも小さい、前記[1]記載の貼付剤。
[7]粘着剤層上に積層された剥離ライナーを有する、前記[1]〜[6]のいずれかに記載の貼付剤。
とをいう。
形成用組成物において、気泡を形成させ、一定時間消失させないようにし得るものが好ましい。かかる有機溶剤としては、トルエン、キシレンなどの芳香族炭化水素類、ヘキサンなどの脂肪族炭化水素類、酢酸エチルなどのエステル類、エタノールなどのアルコール類、ジエチルエーテル、テトラヒドロフランなどのエーテル類などが挙げられ、これらは単独でまたは二種以上組み合わせて用いてもよい。
<粘着剤層形成用組成物の調製>
(1)中央部粘着剤層形成用組成物の調製
トルエン625.0g、n−ヘキサン875.0g、高分子量ポリイソブチレン(粘度平均分子量4,000,000)104.3g、中分子量ポリイソブチレン(粘度平均分子量55,000)208.7g、粘着付与剤(脂環族飽和炭化水素樹脂、軟化点141℃(環球法))208.7g、およびトルエン50.0g(別途秤量)を配合し、均一となるまで攪拌した。その後、有機液状成分(ミリスチン酸イソプロピル)228.2gおよびトルエン200.0gを秤量し、前記溶液に投入し、同様に均一となるまで攪拌して中央部粘着剤層形成用組成物を得た。
(2)周辺部粘着剤層形成用組成物の調製
中央部粘着剤層形成用組成物と同様に調製し(粘度25Pa・s)、塗布前に該組成物(2500g)に空気をチューブ(1本)を通じて通し(1000ml/min)、10分間バブリングすることによって気泡を導入した。
中央部粘着剤層形成用組成物を、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(以下「PET」とも記す)製の剥離ライナー(厚さ75μm)の軽剥離面上の領域であって、後に得られる貼付剤の中央部に対応する領域(56mm×56mm)に、乾燥後の粘着剤層の厚さが160μmとなるように塗布し、乾燥機により乾燥させ(100℃)、実質的に空隙部を有さない粘着剤層が形成された剥離ライナーを得た。次いで形成された粘着剤層の周囲(幅約5mm)に周辺部粘着剤層形成用組成物を同様に塗布した(図5(b)に(株)キーエンス製マイクロスコープVHX‐500にて倍率200倍で撮像した周辺部粘着剤層形成用組成物塗布時の、周辺部に対応する粘着剤層の領域の気泡および中央部に対応する粘着剤層の領域を示す写真を示す)。塗布した周辺部粘着剤層形成用組成物を乾燥させ(100℃)、周辺部に対応する領域に空隙部が局在化し、中央部に対応する領域は実質的に空隙部を有さない粘着剤層(非架橋)が形成された剥離ライナーを得た。粘着剤層が形成された面を、厚さ4.5μmのPET製フィルムと、厚さ35μm、目付量20g/m2のPET製不織布との積層体(トータル厚さ40μm)である支持体のPET不織布面と圧着することにより貼り合わせて貼付剤製造用原反を作製した。
同軸上の2つのほぼ正方形の形状により輪郭付けられる平面形状を有する、加熱された押し型を用いて、貼付剤製造用原反の周辺部に対応する領域の支持体表面を加熱、加圧した。加熱および加圧した領域が、後に得られる貼付剤の周辺部に対応するように、加熱および加圧された原反から、押し切り刃ダイセットを用いて貼付剤本体と剥離ライナーを同時に打抜き、本発明の貼付剤を得た。得られた貼付剤は、貼付剤本体および貼付剤の輪郭が約60mmの一辺長の略正方形であり、そのすべての外周部に幅約1.5mmの帯状の周辺部を有し、該周辺部の内側に略正方形の中央部を有し、該中央部と該周辺部との間に帯状の中間部を有するものであった。該貼付剤を、外面が12μm厚のPETフィルム、内面が30μm厚のポリアクリロニトリル系樹脂フィルムからなる包装材料で密封包装して2つのVノッチを有する貼付剤包装体を得た。
押し型により貼付剤の周辺部に相当する領域を加圧・加熱しなかったこと以外は、実施例1〜2と同様に貼付剤を製造し、貼付剤包装体を得た。
周辺部粘着剤層形成用組成物の塗布前に該組成物に気泡を導入しなかったこと、および押し型により貼付剤の周辺部に相当する領域を加圧・加熱しなかったこと以外は実施例1〜2と同様に貼付剤を製造し、貼付剤包装体を得た。
中央部粘着剤層形成用組成物を調製した後、該組成物(2500g)に空気を通し(10ml/min)、1分間バブリングすることによって気泡の導入量を減少させたこと以外は実施例1〜2と同様に貼付剤を製造し、貼付剤包装体を得た。
貼付剤の少なくとも4箇所について、凍結ミクロトーム(大和光機工業(株)製、LR−85)により貼付剤の主面に垂直に切断し、その切断面をFE−SEM(Hitachi、電界放射型走査電子顕微鏡S−4800)によって倍率50〜1000倍で観察・撮
像し、ゲージ目盛りを読むことにより空隙部の平均の個数を求めた。
貼付剤をルテニウム酸水溶液で染色した後、貼付剤の主面に垂直に凍結ミクロトーム(同上)により切断し、その切断面をFE−SEM(Hitachi、電界放射型走査電子顕微鏡S−4800)によって倍率50〜1000倍で観察・撮像した。
製造直後の貼付剤と1ヶ月間25℃で保存した後の貼付剤について、図6に示すように、貼付剤包装体の2辺をハサミでまたはVノッチに従い開封した。開封部より、貼付剤を角をつかんで取り出し、以下の評価基準に基づき、1〜5の評価点を用いて包装体からの貼付剤の取り出し性を評価した。
5:粘着剤層のはみ出しがなく、きわめて容易に取り出せる。
4:粘着剤層のわずかなはみ出しがあるが、きわめて容易に取り出せる。
3:粘着剤層のいくらかのはみ出しがあるが、容易に取り出せる。
2:粘着剤層のいくらかのはみ出しがあるが、取り出し可能。
1:粘着剤層のかなりのはみ出しがあり、取り出しが困難。
製造直後の貼付剤と1ヶ月間25℃で保存した後の貼付剤について、専門の評価者が貼付剤を包装体から取り出し、朝から24時間胸部に貼付し、貼付状態について、以下の評価基準に基づき、1〜5の評価点を用いて評価した。評価者の貼付中の行動は通常通りとした。また評価者が朝に入浴する場合は、入浴直後(30分以内)を避けて貼付することとした。各実施例および比較例について同一の評価者(1名)が1回評価した。
5:貼付剤が皮膚に貼付された状態が良好に保持され、貼付剤の端部にめくれが全く認められない。
4:貼付剤が皮膚に貼付された状態が良好に保持されるが、貼付剤の端部のわずかな部分でめくれが認められる。
3:貼付剤が皮膚に貼付された状態が良好に保持されるが、貼付剤の端部のいくらかの部
分でめくれが認められる。
2:貼付剤が皮膚に貼付された状態にあるが、貼付当初の状態と比べ密着性の低下が認められ、貼付剤の端部のいくらかの部分でめくれが認められる。

- 支持体と、該支持体の少なくとも片面に形成された粘着剤層とを有する貼付剤であって、該貼付剤は周辺部と中央部を有し、前記粘着剤層は空隙部を有し、粘着剤層における空隙部は周辺部に局在化しており、中央部における粘着剤層は実質的に空隙部を有さず、かつ周辺部における粘着剤層は空隙部を平均で2.0〜100個/mm3有することを特徴とする貼付剤。
- 周辺部における粘着剤層の厚さは、中央部における粘着剤層の厚さより小さい、請求項1記載の貼付剤。
- 支持体は多孔質体と樹脂フィルムの積層体であり、該積層体の多孔質体側に粘着剤層が積層される請求項1記載の貼付剤。
