Abstract
【解決手段】 質量%で、SiO2:8〜25%、Al2O3:30〜50%、MgO:0.5〜5.0%、MnO:0.5〜5.0%、CaO:5〜20%、CaF2:25〜50%を含有する溶融型フラックスと、ワイヤ全質量%で、C:0.02〜0.30%、Si:0.08〜0.6%、Mn:1.2〜3.0%、Ni:0.5〜3.5%、Mo:0.03〜0.8%を含有し、かつ、充填フラックスに、C:0.01〜0.27%、CaF2:2〜15%を含有し、ワイヤの全水素量が50ppm以下で、前記成分中の充填フラックスのフラックス充填率が10〜30%からなる鋼製外皮に継ぎ目が無いフラックス入りワイヤとの両者を組合せてサブマージアーク溶接をする。

Description
なお、表1に示す溶融型フラックスは、各種鉱物原材料を1500℃以上の高温度で溶融し、冷却後粉末状に粉砕して1.4×0.21mmの粒度に整粒したものを用いた。
また、表3に示すフラックス入りワイヤは、表2に示す鋼製外皮を用いて、F1の鋼製パイプの場合、フラックスを鋼製パイプ中に振動充填した後、縮径、焼鈍して素線とした。F2の帯鋼は、成型工程で帯鋼をU字型に成型してフラックスを充填し、O字型に成型してシーム部を溶接後、縮径、焼鈍して素線とした。F3の帯鋼は、成型工程で帯鋼をU字型に成型してフラックスを充填し、ラップ型に成型後、縮径して素線とした。さらに、それらの素線を2.0mm径まで伸線した。なお、ワイヤ全水素量は2.0mm径のワイヤを熱伝導度方式による高周波加熱法によって測定した。
試験記号T17は、フラックス記号MF17のMnOが低いのでビードが蛇行してアンダーカットも生じた。また、組合せたワイヤ記号W15のCaF2が低いので溶接金属の酸素量が多く吸収エネルギーが低値であった。

- 質量%で、
SiO2:8〜25%、
Al2O3:30〜50%、
MgO:0.5〜5.0%、
MnO:0.5〜5.0%、
CaO:5〜20%、
CaF2:25〜50%
を含有し、その他は酸化鉄および不可避不純物であることを特徴とするサブマージアーク溶接用溶融型フラックス。 - 鋼製外皮にフラックスを充填したフラックス入りワイヤのワイヤ全質量%で、鋼製外皮と充填フラックスの一方または両方の合計で、
C:0.02〜0.30%、
Si:0.08〜0.6%、
Mn:1.2〜3.0%、
Ni:0.5〜3.5%、
Mo:0.03〜0.8%
を含有し、かつ、充填フラックスに、
C:0.01〜0.27%、
CaF2:2〜15%
を含有し、残部は鋼製外皮のFe、合金粉中のFe、鉄粉および不可避的不純物からなり、ワイヤの全水素量が50ppm以下で、前記成分中の充填フラックスのフラックス充填率が10〜30%からなる鋼製外皮に継ぎ目が無いフラックス入りワイヤと請求項1に記載のサブマージアーク溶接用溶融型フラックスとを組合せて溶接することを特徴とする低温用鋼のサブマージアーク溶接方法。
