Abstract
【解決手段】変速制御装置10は、エンジン12から駆動輪14へ伝達される動力の断接を、変速操作手段18への操作入力に基づいて行うクラッチ20と、クラッチ20を駆動制御するアクチュエータ22と、アクチュエータ22の駆動を制御する制御手段24を有する制御手段24は、変速操作手段18の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段28と、該操作量検出手段28にて検出された操作量が第1しきい値を超えた段階で、アクチュエータ22を駆動して、クラッチ20の切断に向けて制御する変速開始準備手段30と、操作量検出手段28にて検出された操作量が第1しきい値よりも大きい第2しきい値を超えた段階で、アクチュエータ22を駆動して、クラッチ20を切断制御する変速開始手段32とを有する。

Claims (6)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンにて発生した動力を駆動輪に伝達する変速機と、乗員が操作し、前記変速機の段位を変更するための変速操作手段と、前記エンジンから駆動輪へ伝達される動力の断接を行うクラッチと、前記クラッチを断接動作させるアクチュエータと、前記アクチュエータの駆動を制御する制御手段とを有する変速制御装置において、
前記制御手段は、
前記変速操作手段の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段と、
前記操作量検出手段にて検出された操作量が第1しきい値を超えた段階で、前記アクチュエータを駆動して、前記クラッチを接続位置と半クラッチ位置の間の所定の位置となるように制御する変速開始準備手段と、
前記操作量検出手段にて検出された操作量が前記第1しきい値よりも大きい第2しきい値を超えた段階で、前記アクチュエータを駆動して、前記クラッチの切断を行う変速開始手段とを有することを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の変速制御装置において、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出する回転数センサと、
スロットルの開度を検出するスロットル開度センサとを有し、
前記所定の位置は、少なくとも前記回転数センサの検出値及び前記スロットル開度センサの検出値に基づいて設定されることを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の変速制御装置において、
前記変速操作手段は、前記乗員の足で操作されるシフトペダル、又は前記乗員の手で操作されるシフトレバーであり、
前記操作量検出手段は、前記変速操作手段の操作変位距離、操作変位角、操作力のいずれかを検知することを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記アクチュエータと前記クラッチとを接続する液圧配管と、前記液圧配管内の液圧値を検出する液圧センサとを有し、
前記アクチュエータの作動力は、前記液圧配管内の液圧を介して前記クラッチに伝達され、
前記所定の位置は、前記液圧センサから検出される液圧値によって定まることを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項4記載の変速制御装置において、
前記クラッチの接続位置に対応した液圧値を第1液圧値、前記クラッチの切断位置に対応した液圧値を第2液圧値、前記所定の位置に対応した液圧値を第3液圧値、前記クラッチの摩擦トルクが前記エンジンが発生しているトルクと等しくなる液圧値を第4液圧値としたとき、
前記第3液圧値は、前記第1液圧値と前記第4液圧値の間の液圧値で、且つ、前記第1液圧値及び前記第4液圧値とは異なる液圧値であることを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のクラッチ接続装置を備えた車両。
