Abstract
【解決手段】燃焼炉1と、燃焼炉1から取り出した燃焼ガス3を導入して循環媒体5を捕集するサイクロン補集器4と、サイクロン補集器4で捕集した循環媒体5をダウンカマー7を介して導入し、下部からガス化剤9を供給して流動層10を形成すると共にフリーボード部11に原料12を供給して原料12のガス化を行う流動層ガス化炉8と、流動層ガス化炉8の循環媒体とガス化されない未反応のチャーとを燃焼炉1に戻す循環流路14と、を有する循環流動層ガス化炉であって、サイクロン補集器4に接続されたダウンカマー7の下端を、シール部18を介して流動層ガス化炉8のフリーボード部11に接続し、シール部18とフリーボード部11との間の循環媒体5に原料12を供給する原料供給装置20を設ける。

Claims (3)
- チャーを燃焼させて循環媒体を加熱する燃焼炉と、燃焼炉から取り出した燃焼ガスを導入して該燃焼ガス中に混入している循環媒体を捕集するサイクロン補集器と、サイクロン補集器で捕集した循環媒体をダウンカマーを介して導入し、下部からガス化剤を供給して流動層を形成すると共にフリーボード部に原料を供給して原料のガス化を行う流動層ガス化炉と、流動層ガス化炉の循環媒体とガス化されない未反応のチャーとを前記燃焼炉に戻す循環流路と、を有する循環流動層ガス化炉であって、前記サイクロン補集器に接続されたダウンカマーの下端を、シール部を介して前記流動層ガス化炉のフリーボード部に接続し、前記シール部とフリーボード部との間の循環媒体に原料を供給する原料供給装置を設けたことを特徴とする循環流動層ガス化炉。
- 前記原料供給装置がスクリューフィーダである請求項1に記載の循環流動層ガス化炉。
- 前記シール部がU字ダクトであり、U字ダクトとフリーボード部との間を繋ぐ傾斜管に原料供給装置を接続した請求項1又は2に記載の循環流動層ガス化炉。
