Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、アルカンをその対応するアルケンに変換するための熱的に統合された複数領域方法であって、吸熱反応領域において、弱いオキシダント、好適な触媒および熱の存在下でソフトオキシダント変換によってアルカンをその対応するアルケンに吸熱的に変換し、対応するアルケンおよび水素を含む中間生成物ガスを生じさせることを伴う方法に関する。弱いオキシダントは、例えば二酸化炭素であり得る。次いで、発熱反応領域において、中間生成物ガスを異なる第2触媒および酸素と接触させ、水素を燃焼させて、対応するアルケン、水および熱を含む加熱生成物流れを生じさせることにより水素は中間生成物ガスから除かれる。熱は加熱生成物流れから回収され、発熱反応領域に戻され再利用され、さらに対応するアルケンを含む得られる冷却された生成物流れがさらなる反応および/または処理にかけられうる。

Description
本発明は、アルカンをその対応するアルケンへ変換するための熱的に統合された方法に関し、当該アルケンは次いで、触媒部分酸化によって不飽和カルボン酸および不飽和ニトリルをはじめとする酸化生成物にさらに変換されうる。
後述の実施形態から、および添付の図面を参照して本発明のより完全な理解が得られるであろう。
用語、「炭化水素」は、少なくとも1つの炭素原子および少なくとも1つの水素原子を含む化合物を意味する。
本明細書において使用される場合、用語「C2−C4アルカン」は、アルカン1分子当たり2〜4個の炭素原子を有する直鎖または分岐鎖アルカン、例えば、エタン、プロパンおよびブタンを意味し、これらは典型的には常温、常圧で(例えば、少なくとも10℃、および1気圧で)気相である。よって、用語「C2−C4アルケン」はアルケン1分子当たり2〜4個の炭素原子を有する直鎖または分岐鎖アルケン、例えば、エテン、プロペンおよびブテンを意味する。

Claims (14)
- C2−C4アルカンをその対応するC2−C4アルケンに変換する方法であって、
A)上流の触媒を含む吸熱反応領域にC2−C4アルカン、弱いオキシダントおよび熱を供給することによってC2−C4アルカンをその対応するC2−C4アルケンに変換して、少なくとも対応するC2−C4アルケンおよび水素を含む中間生成物ガスを生じさせる工程;
B)発熱反応領域に中間生成物ガスおよび酸素を供給することによって、中間生成物ガス中の水素の少なくとも一部分を水に変換して、対応するC2−C4アルケン、水、炭素酸化物および熱を含む累積生成物ガスを生じさせる工程;並びに
C)累積生成物ガスから熱の少なくとも一部分を回収し、回収した熱を吸熱反応領域に供給し、工程A)において供給される熱の少なくとも一部分は回収された熱を含み、少なくとも対応するC2−C4アルケンを含む冷却された累積生成物ガスが生成される工程;
を含む方法。 - 弱いオキシダントが二酸化炭素を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上流の触媒が、弱いオキシダントの存在下でC2−C4アルカンを対応するC2−C4アルケンに吸熱変換するのを触媒するソフトオキシダント変換触媒である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 下流の触媒が、酸素の存在下で水素を水に発熱変換するのを触媒する選択的水素燃焼触媒である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ソフトオキシダント変換触媒が
A)クロムまたは酸化クロム;
B)場合によっては、Mo、W、V、Ga、Mg、NiおよびFeからなる群から選択される1種以上の金属;並びに
C)場合によっては、Ag、VおよびGaからなる群から選択される1種以上の金属;
を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - ソフトオキシダント変換触媒が担体物質を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ソフトオキシダント変換触媒の担体物質が、アルミナ、チタニア、ジルコニア、シリカ、ゼオライト、希土類金属酸化物、混合金属酸化物、メソ多孔性物質、耐火物質およびその組み合わせからなる群から選択される物質を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- ソフトオキシダント変換触媒が、銀およびバナジウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属と、酸化クロムとを必須物質として含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ソフトオキシダント変換触媒の担体物質がシリカを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 選択的水素燃焼触媒が、
A)白金およびパラジウムからなる群から選択される貴金属、並びに場合によってはスズおよびイリジウムからなる群から選択される他の金属を含む触媒;並びに
B)インジウムの酸化物またはビスマスの酸化物、並びに場合によってはモリブデンからなる群から選択される他の金属を含む触媒;
からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の触媒組成物を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 選択的水素燃焼触媒が担体物質を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 選択的水素燃焼触媒の担体物質がアルミナ、チタン、ジルコニウム、シリカおよびゼオライト、並びにその組み合わせからなる群から選択される物質を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- C2−C4アルカンがプロパンを含み、対応するC2−C4アルケンがプロペンを含み、弱いオキシダントが二酸化炭素を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- さらに、冷却された累積生成物ガスが、累積生成物ガスの全重量を基準にして約5重量%を超えて水素を含まない、請求項1に記載の方法。
