Abstract
【解決手段】弁座8を前端部に有する筒状の弁座部材2と,この弁座部材2の後端部に同軸状に結合される磁性円筒体3と,この磁性円筒体3の後端に同軸状且つ液密に溶接される非磁性円筒体4と,非磁性円筒体4の後端に同軸状且つ液密に溶接される中空円筒状の固定コア5とで弁ハウジング1を構成し,この弁ハウジング1内に,弁座8に着座し得る弁体16と,この弁体16の後端に結合されて固定コア5の前端に対向する可動コア17とで構成される弁組立体15を収容し,弁体16の硬度が弁座部材2の硬度より大きくなるように,弁体16及び弁ハウジング1を互いに異種のマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼で構成した。

〔実施例1〕
弁体16はATS34(硬度HV=780)で,弁座部材2はSUS440C(硬度HV=740)で構成される。
〔実施例2〕
弁体16はATS34(硬度HV=780)で,弁座部材2はSUS420J2(硬度HV=650〜700)で構成される。
〔比較例1〕
弁体16はSUS440C(硬度HV=780)で,弁座部材2はATS34(硬度HV=780)で構成される。
〔比較例2〕
弁体16及び弁座部材2は,何れもSUS440C(硬度HV=約780)で構成される。

Claims (3)
- 弁座(8)を前端部に有する筒状の弁座部材(2)と,この弁座部材(2)の後端部に同軸状に結合される磁性円筒体(3)と,この磁性円筒体(3)の後端に同軸状且つ液密に溶接される非磁性円筒体(4)と,非磁性円筒体(4)の後端に同軸状且つ液密に溶接される中空円筒状の固定コア(5)とで弁ハウジング(1)を構成し,この弁ハウジング(1)内に,前記弁座(8)に着座し得る弁体(16)と,この弁体(16)の後端に結合されて固定コア(5)の前端に対向する可動コア(17)とで構成される弁組立体(15)を収容し,弁ハウジング(1)には,弁体(16)を受け止めてその開弁ストロークを規制するストッパ部材(7)を設け,弁体(16)及び弁座部材(2)をマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼で構成した電磁式燃料噴射弁において,
弁体(16)の硬度が弁座部材(2)の硬度より大きくなるように,弁体(16)及び弁座部材(2)を互いに異種のマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼で構成したことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において,
ストッパ部材(7)の硬度が弁体(16)の硬度より小さくなるように,ストッパ部材(7)を,弁体(16)とは異種のマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼で構成することを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において,
弁体(16),弁座部材(2)の各表面に,不動態処理による不動態膜を形成したことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。
