Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、一側方向に傾斜した傾斜面を備えたストッパと、前記傾斜面に対応する傾斜面を有する突起と節度機構を備えたキックダウンスイッチと、前記キックダウンスイッチを内部に収容し左右に移動可能に加速ペダルアームに形成される設置溝と、を備え、前記設置溝の上端部および下端部に各々複数の鋸歯が形成され、前記鋸歯に噛合する複数の鋸歯が前記キックダウンスイッチのハウジングの上面と下面に各々形成され、前記突起の傾斜面とストッパの傾斜面が互いに接する点が加速ペダルの全体ストロークの90%と85%および80%に各々設定されることを特徴とする。

Description
図2は本発明によりストッパブラケット1にストッパ3が形成された状態の斜視図であり、加速ペダルブラケットに取り付けられるストッパブラケット1には加速ペダルアーム2に向かって突出したストッパ3が一体形成されている。
ストッパ3は略矩形ブロック形状をなし、加速ペダルアーム2に向かう上面が一側方向に傾斜している。
従って、ストッパ3の上面において、(1)位置は加速ペダルアームに向かうその突出高さが一番小さく、(3)位置はその突出高さが最も大きく、中間の(2)位置はその突出高さが中間レベルである。
また、キックダウンスイッチ5は設置溝の中に収容され、鋸歯4に対応する複数の鋸歯が上部面と下部面に各々形成されたキックダウンスイッチハウジング5aと、該ハウジングの内部に収容され加速ペダルアーム2に節度感を付与する節度機構5bとを備え、節度機構5bにはストッパ3に向かって突出した突起5cが備えられ、突起5cの上面はストッパ3の傾斜面と同様に傾斜して形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 一側方向に傾斜した傾斜面を備えたストッパと、前記傾斜面に対応する傾斜面を有する突起と節度機構を備えたキックダウンスイッチと、前記キックダウンスイッチを内部に収容し左右に移動可能に加速ペダルアームに形成される設置溝と、を備えることを特徴とする調整式キックダウンスイッチ操作機構。
- 前記設置溝の上端部および下端部に各々複数の鋸歯が形成され、前記鋸歯に噛合する複数の鋸歯が前記キックダウンスイッチのハウジングの上面と下面に各々形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整式キックダウンスイッチ操作機構。
- 前記突起の傾斜面とストッパの傾斜面が互いに接する点が加速ペダルの全体ストロークの90%と85%および80%に各々設定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の調整式キックダウンスイッチ操作機構。
