Description
また、防音定格床は、クラッキング、きしみおよび仕上げカバーの反りを減らすために十分な垂直方向の硬さを示さねばならない。同時に、防音定格床は、下の保護されるべき域から衝撃音を切り離すのに十分な弾力性をもつべきである。そのため、防音床のデザイナーは、床の振動の減衰と構造上の完全さとの間に妥協点を見いださねばならない。

Claims (16)
- 下張り床の上に配置された減音マットである第1層、
該第1層の上に置かれそして繊維状材料のシートおよび高い内部減衰係数を有する高密度の柔らかいかさ高の材料のウエブのなかの何れかである第2層、および
該第2層の上に置かれそして繊維状材料のシートおよび高い内部減衰係数を有する高密度の柔らかいかさ高の材料のウエブの何れかで第2層とは異なる第3層からなることを特徴とする下張り床と注入下敷を備えた仕上げ床との間に配置されるために形成された防音材。 - 該減音マットが、ポリマー性ウエブにより一端で一緒に結合している複数の中空の円筒体からなる請求項1の防音材。
- 該複数の中空の円筒体が、複数の円筒体の複数の末端が下張り床に面するように、該ポリマー性ウエブにより一緒に保持されるほぼ平行な複数の列のマトリックス状に配置されている請求項2の防音材。
- 該繊維状材料のシートがガラス繊維である請求項1の防音材。
- 該ガラス繊維シートが均一である請求項4の防音材。
- 繊維状材料の該シートが、高さ約1/4インチ(約0.64cm)でありそして3pcf(約48.06kg/cm3)の密度を有する請求項1の防音材。
- 該高い内部減衰係数を有する高密度の柔軟な塊の材料が、減音ボードおよびセメント質ボードから本質的になる群から選ばれる請求項1の防音材。
- 組み合わされた該3つの層が、1インチ(約2.54cm)以下の高さを有する請求項1の防音材。
- 該第1層、第2層および第3層のそれぞれが、隣接する層から音響的に不連続な材料から製造される請求項1の防音材。
- 該防音材の上に注入される該下敷の設置により、少なくとも55−60の範囲のIICを有する複合床下敷が形成される請求項1の防音材。
- 下張り床の上に配置された減音マットである第1層、
該第1層の上に配置されそして該第1層から不連続の材料から製造されそして均一でありそしてクッション性および音吸収性をもたらす第2層、および
該第2層の上に配置されそして該第2層から不連続である材料から製造されそして均一でありそして圧縮抵抗性である第3層からなることを特徴とする下張り床と仕上げ床との間に配置されるように形成された防音床下敷システム。 - 該第1層、第2層および第3層が1インチ(約2.54cm)以下の合計の高さを有する請求項11の防音床システム。
- 該第3層の上に配置された注入されかつ硬化可能な材料の層をさらに含む請求項11の防音床システム。
- 該第2層および該第3層が、それぞれ、均一性ガラス繊維のシート、減音ボードおよびセメント質ボードの異なる1つである請求項11の防音床システム。
- 下張り床の上に配置される繊維状材料の均一なシート、および
該繊維状材料の上に直接配置された硬化可能な材料の注入した下敷からなることを特徴とする下張り床の上でしかも仕上げ床の下で使用される防音床システム。 - 該繊維状材料が3pcf(約48.06kg/cm3)の密度のガラス繊維である請求項15の防音床システム。
