技术领域
本发明涉及被设计用以降低空气声传播和冲击声传播的地板系统,更具体而言,涉及改进的地板系统,其提高隔声效果的同时具有相对节省空间的剖面以增强与现有建筑设计参数的合规。
背景技术
常规地板系统包括灌浇混凝土或胶合板的底层地板。多种位于底层地板和竣工地板(通常是瓷砖、乙烯砖或硬木)之间的垫层已被用于降低声传播。
现有技术中已知将符合声音鉴定等级(sound rated)的地板系统或浮式地板系统用于地板下空间的隔声,在该地板上可发生冲击,例如脚步声、运动活动、玩具掉落或移动家具造成的刮擦。冲击噪声的产生通常可以通过使用厚地毯而被降低,但在使用混凝土、瓷砖、乙烯板、或硬木终饰材时,可能尤其希望符合声音鉴定级别的地板。地板底部结构通常将噪声传播到下面区域,通过弹性地支撑地板远离地板底部结构可以降低冲击噪声向下面区域的传播。如果接收冲击的地板表面与底部结构分离,那么冲击声传播将被明显降低。同样,如果天花板的下面与底部结构分离,那么冲击声将被限制向下面区域的传播。
通常通过ASTM标准#492评价符合声音鉴定级别的地板且按冲击隔绝等级(IIC)鉴定该地板。IIC等级越高,越少的冲击噪声将被传播至下面区域。也可按照ASTM E90声音传播等级(STC)鉴定地板。STC等级越高,越少的空气传播的声音将被传播至下面区域。符合声音鉴定的地板通常被指定为具有IIC等级不小于50且STC等级不小于50。尽管IIC等级为50满足许多建筑规范,经验显示在应用于豪华公寓时,即使具有IIC为56-57的地板-天花板系统也可能因为仍旧有一些可听见的冲击噪声而不被接受。
除了具有足够的STC和IIC等级,可接受的符合声音鉴定的地板必须还具有相对低的剖面。低的剖面对保持竣工的符合声音鉴定的地板和通常不需要符合声音鉴定的构造的邻近区域例如铺地毯的地板之间的最小过渡高度很重要。低的剖面对于保持门阈值和天花板高度尺寸、限制构造成本和保持其他建筑学参数也很重要。
而且,符合声音鉴定的地板必须展现足够的垂直的硬度以降低裂纹、吱吱响声以及竣工覆盖层的偏离。同时,符合声音鉴定的地板必须有足够弹性以将冲击噪声与下面待保护的区域隔离。因此,吸音地板的设计者必须在振动衰减和地板结构完整性之间取得(strike)平衡。
两种目前使用且也由瓷砖协会(Ceramic Tile Institute)批准用于符合声音鉴定的砖地板的隔离介质是(i)由北卡罗莱纳州Enka的Colbond公司制造的0.4英寸牌的垫(尼龙和碳黑spinerette挤压的630g/m2)和(ii)由Dow Chemical Co.,Midland Michigan制造的0.25英寸Dow ETHAFOAM牌(2.7pcf的聚乙烯泡沫)。虽然这两种系统是静态地相对柔软的且提供一定程度的弹性用于冲击隔绝,但在0.25和0.40英寸厚的介质中气硬性(air stiffness)的附加效果使得该系统动态地非常硬且限制了冲击隔绝的量。由于该系统是静态地柔软的,它们不提供对竣工地板的高度支撑,而在介质顶部使用相对厚(7/16英寸)的玻璃网眼砂浆板(mortar board),例如被称作Wonderboard的产品以提供刚性用于防止薄浆、砖及其它竣工地板产生裂纹。作为选择,必须在弹性垫的顶部安装相对厚(11/4英寸)的增强的砂浆层(mortar bed)。
另一已知的隔离系统包括安装置于底层地板上的衬垫或衬纸(mount),然后将枕木置于隔离衬垫或衬纸之上,并且将胶合板地板固定到枕木上以形成第二底层地板。通常将玻璃纤维绝缘体置于枕木间限定的腔内。然后将灌浇或板型垫层材料施用于第二底层地板。由于声学上有效地降低声传播,这一系统使地板厚度增加6英寸。在多数商业和多户住宅建筑中并不期望该厚度。
其它已知的吸音地板材料包括由United States Gypsum Company ofChicago,Illinois(USG)以标志LEVELROCKTM出售的灌浇可变垫层。LEVELROCK垫层是熟石膏、波特兰水泥和石英的混合物。LEVELROCK垫层与位于垫层和底层地板之间的减音垫(SRM)一起使用。该垫由聚合材料制成且通常是由细的网眼保持在一起的空心圆柱形状的矩阵。另一用于衰减声传播的材料也是由Chicago,Illinois的USG以LEVELROCKTM标志出售的减音板(SRB)。SRB是合成玻璃纤维和矿物的混合物,包括矿渣棉纤维、膨胀珍珠岩、淀粉(starch)、纤维素、高岭土以及石英。
然而,已知的吸音地板系统不能始终实现IIC值大于50且在期望的55-60的范围。因此,需要提出致力于上述设计参数的改进的减音地板。
发明内容
本发明的隔声地板垫层系统满足或超过上面罗列的目的,其特征在于增强的减音特性,维持可接受的地板结构完整性以及保持相对低的剖面。实现这些目标的一种方式是提供多个材料层的复合垫层,每层具有不连续的声学特性,其降低层间传播的并最终通过地板的声能的量。此外,材料的设置和选择可分配冲击负载以消散相对有弹性的材料的压缩。
更具体而言,本发明提供被配置用于在底层地板和竣工的地板之间放置灌浇垫层的隔声介质,包括置于底层地板之上作为减音垫的第一层,置于第一层之上且是纤维材料板和具有高内部阻尼系数的高密度柔软块材料网中之一的第二层,以及置于第二层之上且是纤维材料板和高密度柔软块材料网中另一个的第三层。
另一实施方式中,隔声地板隔绝垫层系统被配置用于放置在底层地板和竣工地板之间,且包括作为减音垫被置于底层地板之上的第一层。置于第一层之上,由与第一层不连续的材料制成,均一(homogeneous)且提供缓冲和声音吸收的第二层。置于第二层之上,由与第二层不连续的材料制成、均一且抗压的第三层。

具体实施方式
现在参考图1和2,本发明的地板系统通常标记为10,且用于具有底层地板12的构造,该底层地板12由图示示出且如现有技术已知,通常是灌浇混凝土或至少一层胶合板。尽管只公开了上面两种选择,应理解任何常规底层地板材料将适合用于本发明的地板系统10。如本领域已知,用通常由木材、钢或混凝土制造的托梁(未示出)支撑底层地板。
本发明的地板系统10包括隔声地板垫层,通常标记为14,其置于底层地板12和通常是瓷砖、乙烯砖、硬木或除了地毯以外的其他硬材料的竣工地板16之间。粘附层17例如砂浆、砂胶或化学粘附剂将竣工地板16固定到垫层14。
置于底层地板12之上的第一层18是由聚合材料制成的且配置为多个开放的中空圆柱20的减音垫(SRM),该圆柱20布置成间隔的、优选具有面对底层地板12的底端22的平行列的阵列。通过聚合网格26将该圆柱20在相对端24保持在一起。SRM层18提供三种功能:其提供水或蒸汽屏障,圆柱20缓冲地板系统10和吸收冲击力,且其提供材料的一个不连续性水平并充分地减少接触面积,这在降低通过地板系统10的声传播方面是重要因素。
优选的SRM由USG以LEVELROCKTM SRM-25减音垫出售,其由聚乙烯芯形成圆柱22和由聚丙烯织物形成网格26。网格26也优选具有如图1局部示出的有织纹的上表面27。虽然上面描述的构造被认为是优选的,但也可考虑使用提供缓冲的防潮的其它材料和不连续材料。提供不太期望的声学特性的一个选择是上述的非纺织尼龙纤维或经包覆线的垫,例如由ColdbondInc.,Enka,N.C.制造的ENKASONIC #9110垫,其在单独的防水垫上使用。
隔声垫层14的第二层通常标记为28且优选均一厚度和构造的纤维材料板。本申请中,“均一”应指具有基本上均匀的高度或厚度、且在其面积内基本上均匀以提供对震动和声音一致吸收的板。优选地,第二层28是具有高度或厚度接近1/4英寸及密度接近3磅每立方英尺(pcf)(48.06kg/cu.m)的玻璃纤维板。第二层28松散地(loosely)置于SRM18之上,优选没有粘附剂或其它紧固件。第二层28的另一重要特征在于其与SRM18不连续。如此,通过地板系统10传播的声能当前进通过层18、28时被衰减和/或耗散。
隔声垫层14的第三层通常标记为30且优选具有高内阻尼系数的高密度软块材料。本申请中,“高密度”指优选22-72pcf范围内的密度;然而,从10pcf开始和超过72pcf的密度被认为是合适的。出于本申请的目的,“高内阻尼系数”指在1000Hz时系数为0.01或更大。该材料与第二层28不连续。此外,用于层30的材料防止纤维状第二层28压缩。
优选地,第三层30作为减音板的板,其具有重量至少30%的矿渣棉纤维(slag wool fiber)、重量不超过40%的膨胀珍珠岩、重量小于15%的淀粉、重量至少5%的纤维素和重量小于10%的高岭土以及重量小于5%的石英组成。混合该成分,形成浆,形成板并干燥。该SRB的适合类型由USG以LEVELROCKTM SRB牌出售,然而大量SRB类型是市售可得的。SRB30优选不用粘附剂或紧固件而被置于第二层28之上。
现在参考图3,一个替代的减音垫层通常标记为14a,且与垫层14共同的组分被标记为相同的附图标记。尽管在垫层14中优选纤维层28在SRB层30之下,但在垫层14a中,这些层的布置被颠倒,SRB直接位于SRM18之上。

在牌水泥板不适合的情况下,也考虑第三层30,30’可能以具有高内阻尼系数的灌浇的、可变高密度软块材料的形式,例如由USG供应的牌制剂(formulation)。材料的替代材料是由USG制造的牌水韧纤维增强盖板(aquatough fiber reinforcedsheathing panels)。
为了达到上面所讨论的对低剖面的需要,优选层18、28和30或30’组合的组装高度或厚度“T”(图2)小于或等于一英寸(2.5cm)。更具体地,SRM18优选1/4英寸,纤维层28优选1/4英寸,SRB30优选3/8英寸而牌板30’优选1/2英寸。尽管这些是这些材料通常可获得的厚度,但根据本申请及提供的总“T”厚度不超过一英寸,对于特定层考虑其它尺寸是适合的。
一旦隔声垫层14组装在底层地板12之上,在优选的实施方式中,可变垫层的灌浇层32被施用在第三层30的上表面34。优选的实施方式中,灌浇垫层32是USG LEVELROCKTM地板垫层2500,其具有重量至少85%的熟石膏(CaSO4·1/2H2O)、重量小于10%的波特兰水泥和重量小于5%的石英组成。在垫层32设置的上方,如本领域公知的,施加竣工地板16。实践中,由于可变垫层趋于移入纤维层28,垫层14被认为在多种用途中优于垫层14a。
本发明优选的申请中,对于垫层14,对每个ASTM E497使用全尺寸试验确定IIC值且发现该值满足或超过规定的55-60 IIC的要求。
每种制剂中,使高阻尼软块材料邻近刚性致密垫层能帮助衰减初始的声音振动且因此提高地板系统的整体性能。
现在参考图5,本发明地板系统的又一实施方式通常标记为40。与上述实施方式共同的组分被标记为相同的附图标记。纤维材料层42,例如如上述与层28相关的玻璃纤维,或其它非纺织材料被置于底层地板12之上。如同具有层28的情况,纤维材料是均一的且接近1/4英寸高或厚。接下来,层42被灌浇的可变垫层32覆盖,可变垫层32例如上面讨论的LEVELROCKTM垫层。然后如上讨论的,将竣工地板16置于LEVELROCKTM垫层32之上。

Claims (16)
1、一种隔音介质,其与灌浇垫层置于底层地板和竣工地板之间,包括:
第一层,其是置于底层地板之上的减音垫;
第二层,其置于所述第一层之上且是纤维材料板和具有高内阻尼系数的高密度软块材料网中的之一;和
第三层,置于所述第二层之上且是纤维材料板和高密度软块材料网中的另一个。
2、权利要求1的隔音介质,其中所述减音垫包括多个通过聚合物网在一端连接在一起的空心圆柱。
3、权利要求2的隔音介质,其中所述空心圆柱被排列为由所述聚合物网保持在一起的大致平行的排的阵列,以使圆柱的端部面对底层地板。
4、权利要求1的隔音介质,其中所述纤维材料板是玻璃纤维。
5、权利要求4的隔音介质,其中所述玻璃纤维板是均一的。
6、权利要求1的隔音介质,其中所述纤维材料板接近1/4英寸高且其密度为3pcf。
7、权利要求1的隔音介质,其中所述具有高内阻尼系数的高密度软块材料选自基本上由减音板和水泥质板组成的组。
8、权利要求1的隔音介质,其中组合的所述三层的高度小于或等于一英寸。
9、权利要求1的隔音介质,其中所述第一层、第二层和第三层的每层都由与邻近层声学上不连续的材料制造。
10、权利要求1的隔音介质,其中安装灌浇于所述介质之上的所述垫层形成具有IIC至少在55-60范围内的复合地板垫层。
11、一种置于底层地板和竣工地板之间的隔音地板垫层系统,包括:
第一层,其是置于底层地板之上的减音垫;
第二层,其置于所述第一层之上,由与所述第一层不连续的材料制造,其是均一的且提供缓冲和声吸收;和
第三层,置于所述第二层之上,由与所述第二层不连续的材料制造,其均一且抗压。
12、权利要求11的隔音地板系统,其中所述第一层、第二层和第三层的组合高度小于或等于一英寸。
13、权利要求11的隔音地板系统,进一步包括置于所述第三层之上的灌浇可变材料层。
14、权利要求11的隔音地板系统,其中所述第二层和第三层分别是均一玻璃纤维板、减音板和水泥质板中不同的一种。
15、用于底层地板之上和竣工地板之下的吸音地板系统,包括:
置于底层地板之上的均一纤维材料板;和
直接置于所述纤维材料之上的可变材料灌浇垫层。
16、权利要求15的吸音地板系统,其中所述纤维材料是密度为3pcf的玻璃纤维。
