Claims (10)
- 船舶(1)におけるガス駆動ピストンエンジン(2)のための燃料システム(3)であって、前記燃料システムにおいてガスが液化ガスとして船舶の少なくとも1個の燃料貯蔵タンク(6)に貯えられ、前記燃料システムが更に前記燃料貯蔵タンク(6)に接続された独立の燃料送給タンク(8)を含む燃料システム(4)において、前記燃料送給タンク(8)が断熱された圧力容器であり、前記ガスが燃料送給タンク(8)において液相状態にあり、かつ昇圧されており、前記ガスはまた液化ガスによって生じる液圧のみが行き渡っている前記燃料貯蔵タンク(6)において液相状態であり、第一の熱交換器(22)が前記燃料送給タンク(8)をガス駆動のピストンエンジン(2)に接続している燃料送給ライン(20)に配置されていることを特徴とする燃料システム(4)。
- 前記燃料送給ライン(20)が前記燃料送給タンク(8)の底部区画に接続されており、かつ前記第一の熱交換器(22)が燃料をピストンエンジン(2)まで送給する前に液化ガスを蒸発させるようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料システム。
- 第一の燃料供給ライン(12)が燃料貯蔵タンク(6)と燃料送給タンク(8)とを接続しており、前記第一の燃料供給ライン(12)には前記燃料貯蔵タンク(6)から前記燃料送給タンク(8)へ液化ガスを汲み上げるポンプ(10)が設けられており、前記ポンプ(10)はまた、液化ガスの圧力を前記燃料貯蔵タンク(6)における大気圧から約10バールの圧力まで昇圧するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料システム。
- 前記燃料貯蔵タンク(6)が概ね長方形の壁(6.1)を有するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料システム。
- 前記燃料貯蔵タンク(6)が液化ガスの液圧によって生じる圧力を主として保留するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料システム。
- 前記燃料送給タンク(8)には、該燃料送給タンク(8)の底部区画から前記燃料送給タンク(8)の上部区画まで延在しており、かつ第二の熱交換器(28)が設けられている循環ダクトを有する増圧システム(24)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料システム。
- 前記燃料送給タンクの容積が船舶の燃料貯蔵タンクの全体容積の30%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料システム。
- 第一の燃料供給ライン(12)、第二の燃料供給ライン(14)および燃料送給ライン(20)が気密性の外側チューブ(34)の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料システム。
- 少なくとも1個の燃料貯蔵タンク(6)と燃料送給タンク(5)が気密性の区画室(36)に配置されており、前記の気密性の外側チューブ(34)が前記気密性の区画室(36)中へ開放し、気密性空間を形成していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料システム。
- 前記気密性の区画室(36)および(または)外側チューブ(34)が不活性ガスの入口(38)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の燃料システム。
