Abstract

Claims (13)
- 医薬活性物質処方物(13)、接触面(12)を含む粘着層(11)、及び少なくとも1つの超音波トランスミッター(21)を有し、この超音波トランスミッター(21)は、少なくとも接触面(12)から離れた方の側において、医薬活性物質処方物(13)に対して直接又は間接に隣接している経皮治療システム(10)であって
・経皮治療システム(10)は、多層化ラミネートであり、1つのラミネート層は、超音波トランスミッター(21)を含み、1つのラミネート層は、粘着層(11)を含み、そして1つのラミネート層(11;14)は、医薬活性物質処方物(13)を含み、そして
・少なくとも平らな状態の経皮治療システム(10)の平面図において、全てのラミネート層(11,21;11,14,21)が少なくともほぼ互いに一致し、そして少なくともほぼ接触面(12)のサイズである、
ことを特徴とする、上記経皮治療システム。 - 活性物質処方物(13)が粘着層(11)中に組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 個々の層(11,14)の厚さが300マイクロメートル未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 経皮治療システム(10)の全体の厚さが600マイクロメートル未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 活性物質に対して少なくとも浸透性である膜(15)が、粘着層(11)と活性物質処方物(13)を含む層(14)の間との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 粘着層(11)が親油性の感圧性組成物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 超音波トランスミッター(21)が圧電素子(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 圧電素子(22)が圧電性のポリマーフィルム(25)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 超音波トランスミッター(21)上に固定された又はその上に取り付けられた極微針(17)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 少なくとも経皮治療システム(10)の使用中は、極微針(17)が接触面(12)から突出していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 極微針(17)が突起を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 極微針(17)がネジ形の外形を有し、そして超音波トランスミッター(21)上で軸方向及び半径方向に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の経皮治療システム。
- 粘着層(11)が化学浸透促進剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の経皮治療システム。
