Abstract
Description
本願は、2006年6月6日に出願された同時係属米国特許出願第11/422,368号「赤外線反射断熱ガラスユニット(INFRARED RADIATION REFLECTING INSULATED GLAZING UNIT)」の一部継続出願であり、その内容全体は参照によって本明細書に組み込まれる。
本開示は、略、内部に高分子赤外線反射フィルムを配置した断熱ガラスユニットに関する。
PPGサンゲート500(PPG Sungate 500):PPGインダストリーズ(PPG Industries)から入手可能な6mm低Eコーティングガラス(IGDB ID番号5248)
−CM875:米国特許第6,797,396号に記載(例えば、実施例5参照)の、224層のPET及びcoPMMAの交互層を有する、0.05mm(2ミル)(公称)4分の1波長IR反射フィルム。
Claims (23)
- 平行な第2の透明基材から間隔を開けて配置された第1の透明基材と、
前記第1の透明基材と前記第2の透明基材との間で画定される密閉空間と、
前記第1の透明基材と前記第2の透明基材との間に配置された少なくとも1つの赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムと、を含む、断熱ガラスユニットであって、
前記赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムが第1のポリマー材料及び第2のポリマー材料の複数の交互性高分子層を有し、前記交互性高分子層の少なくとも1つは複屈折で配向されており、前記交互性高分子層は協働して赤外線を反射する、断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記第1の透明基材及び前記第2の透明基材がガラスを含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記密閉空間が空気、アルゴンガス、キセノンガス、又はクリプトンガスを含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記第1の透明基材又は前記第2の透明基材上に配置された低放射率コーティングを更に含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記第1のポリマー材料がポリエチレンテレフタレート又はポリエチレンテレフタレートのコポリマーを含み、前記第2のポリマー材料がポリ(メチルメタクリレート)又はポリ(メチルメタクリレート)のコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記第1のポリマー材料がグリコール化ポリエチレンテレフタレート又はグリコール化ポリエチレンテレフタレートのコポリマーを含み、前記第2のポリマー材料がポリエチレンナフタレート又はポリエチレンナフタレートのコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムに隣接して配置された赤外線反射色素層を更に含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムに隣接して配置された赤外線吸収色素層を更に含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムに隣接して配置された赤外線反射金属層を更に含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記第1の透明基材又は前記第2の透明基材上に配置されたフッ素ドープ酸化スズの低放射率コーティングを更に含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムが前記第1の透明基材又は前記第2の透明基材に隣接して配置される、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムが前記第1の透明基材又は前記第2の透明基材に接着剤で接着される、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記接着剤がUV吸収剤を含む、請求項12に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムが前記第1の透明基材及び前記第2の透明基材から間隔を開けて配置される、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムが前記第1の透明基材又は前記第2の透明基材に隣接して配置され、第3の透明基材が前記赤外線反射多層高分子フィルムに隣接して配置される、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 低放射率コーティングが前記第2の透明基材又は前記第3の透明基材上に配置される、請求項15に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記低放射率コーティングがフッ素ドープ酸化スズを含む、請求項16に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記低放射率コーティングが銀層を含む、請求項16に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 誘電体層が前記銀層に隣接して配置される、請求項18に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記第1の透明基材と前記第2の透明基材との間に配置された、厚さが3mm以上の多孔質断熱材を更に含む、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記多孔質断熱材が50%以上のボイド容量を有する多孔質シリカを含む、請求項20に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記多孔質断熱材がエアロゲルを含む、請求項20に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記多孔質断熱ゾル材料が疎水性シリカエアロゲルを含む、請求項20に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
