Abstract
Description
前記支持体は、一方の面(前面)に感圧接着剤の外層を有する。
感圧接着剤を、20g/m2(固体)でポリエチレンフィルム上にコーティングし、かつ90℃で3分間乾燥させる。
本発明によれば、前記支持体は他方の面(背面)に、無極性の剥離コーティングの外層を有する。表面の極性の尺度は、水1滴のふちと前記滴が載っている基材表面とが形成する接触角である。極めて極性の表面の場合に、湿潤は良好であり、滴は、表面上で平らになり、かつふちと表面との間の角度は小さい。極めて無極性の表面の場合に、湿潤は劣悪であり、前記滴はむしろ丸い形を有し、かつ接触面は、前記滴の中央での滴直径よりも小さく;角度は大きい。
前記支持体自体は、例えば、紙又はポリマーフィルムからなっていてよい。
感圧接着剤コーティングは、前記支持体の前面に直接コーティングされていてよいが、しかしながら支持体と感圧接着剤コーティングとの間に、さらに他の層、例えばプライマー層又は印刷インキ層(カラー又はモノクロの画像)が存在していてもよい。感圧接着剤の層が、外側に存在することが本質的である。

剥離コーティング。
特に、本発明による両面塗工された支持体は、コールドシールに適している。コールドシールは、その際に、接着剤層中の温度が(及び好ましくは接着すべき基材の温度も)40℃未満、特に30℃未満もしくは25℃未満である方法であると理解される。一般的に、コールドシールは、現行の室温で、一般的にすなわち10〜30℃、特に15〜25℃の温度で実施される。好ましくは、前記基材は圧力をかけながら接触される。常圧(1bar)を数mbarから数barまで上回る圧力だけで適しており、常圧を0.01〜5bar、特に0.1〜3bar上回る圧力を挙げることができる。シール時間(温度及び場合により圧力が維持される時間)は、例えば0.1〜20秒、特に0.1〜3秒であり、通常、特に0.5秒である。
・接着されるべきである双方の基材の少なくとも1つが、本発明による両面塗工された支持体であり、かつ
・双方の基材を、場合により圧力をかけながら、接触させ、その際に
・感圧接着剤中の温度が40℃未満である(コールドシール)
ことにより特徴付けられている。
両面塗工された支持体の製造
支持体として、配向ポリプロピレン(oPP)からなるフィルムを使用した。
フィルムの背面に剥離塗料(0.07mmワイヤードクター、1.2g/m2)をコーティングし、90℃で3分間乾燥させた。
・ポリアミド溶液(比較のため)、表面と水との接触角:85°
・Poligen(登録商標) WE1、低い含量のアクリル酸を有する低分子量ポリエチレンの溶液(BASFの販売製品、本発明による);表面と水との接触角:98°。
Acronal(登録商標) V 212、BASFのポリアクリラート分散液
Acronal(登録商標) DS 3547、BASFのポリアクリラート分散液。
シーリングシーム強さ(Siegelnahtfestigkeit)
両面塗工されたoPPフィルムから、15mm幅のストリップを切断し、2つのストリップを接着剤面と重ねて置き、かつシール装置上で2.1barで0.5秒間シールした。シール後直ちに、50mm/minの引離し速度で剥離強さ[単位:N/15mm]を決定した。
両面塗工されたoPPフィルムを、剥離塗料面で感圧接着剤面上へ置き、10tのおもりで24時間負荷をかけ;その後、剥離強さを800mm/minの引離し速度[単位:N/25mm]で決定した。接着剤面は、できるだけ剥離塗料に付着しないべきであり、得られた剥離強さは、故にできるだけ小さいべきである。
Claims (16)
- 両面塗工された支持体であって、前記支持体が、一方の面(以下に前面と呼ぶ)に、感圧接着剤(Haftklebstoffs)の外層を有し、かつ他方の面(以下に背面と呼ぶ)に、20℃で水と85°よりも大きい接触角を形成する無極性の剥離コーティングの外層を有する
ことを特徴とする、両面塗工された支持体。 - 感圧接着剤層の60質量%超が、合成ポリマー結合剤(以下に感圧接着剤ポリマーと略称する)からなる、請求項1記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 感圧接着剤ポリマーが、モノマーのラジカル重合により得ることができ、かつこれらのモノマーの50質量%超が、C1〜C20アルキル(メタ)アクリラート、20個までの炭素原子を有するカルボン酸のビニルエステル、エチレン系不飽和ニトリル、ビニルハロゲン化物、炭素原子1〜10個を有するアルコールのビニルエーテル、又はこれらのモノマーの混合物から選択されるいわゆる主モノマーである、請求項1又は2記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 感圧接着剤ポリマーの50質量%超がC1〜C20アルキル(メタ)アクリラートからなる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 剥離コーティングが、液体の形で塗布され、ついで乾燥される剥離塗料である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 剥離塗料の乾燥された層の60質量%超が、無極性の合成ポリマー(以下に剥離ポリマーと略称する)からなる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 剥離ポリマーが、モノマーのラジカル重合により得ることができ、かつモノマーの70質量%超が、炭素原子2〜8個及び二重結合1又は2個を有する脂肪族炭化水素である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 剥離ポリマーの70質量%超がエチレンからなる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 剥離ポリマーが、1000〜100 000g/molの数平均モル質量を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 支持体が、紙又はポリマーフィルムである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 支持体と剥離塗料の外層との間に別の層、例えばプライマー層及び/又は印刷インキ層が存在していてよい、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 全体で0.1μm〜2mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体。
- 2つの基材を接合するにあたり、
・接着されるべきである双方の基材の少なくとも1つが、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の支持体であり、かつ
・双方の基材を、場合により圧力をかけながら、接触させ、その際に
・感圧接着剤中の温度が40℃未満である(コールドシール)
ことを特徴とする、2つの基材の接合方法。 - 接着されるべき双方の基材が、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の支持体である、請求項13記載の方法。
- コールドシール可能な包装の製造のための、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体の使用。
- 食品用のコールドシール可能な包装を製造するための、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の両面塗工された支持体の使用。
