Abstract
Description
上記充填剤含有率は、上記ポリマー繊維に対して、10重量%より大きく、かつ
上記充填剤の平均粒径(D50)は、6μmより小さいか、6μmに等しい、
ポリマー繊維を教示する。
本発明に係る「糸」[Faden−“スレッド”ともいう]は、織物布の基礎要素を形成する線形構造である。用語「糸」[Faden]はそれにより、用語「フィラメント」および「繊維」[Faser]のための慣習的かつ一般的な用語として理解される。「繊維」[Faser]は、その有限の長さにおいて、「フィラメント」と概念的に異なる。「フィラメント」はそれにより、無限の繊維[Fasern]として理解される。
好ましい実施形態において、本発明に係るポリマー繊維の充填剤は、アルカリ土類炭酸塩、特に、炭酸カルシウムからなる。炭酸カルシウムは、理想的な充填剤であり、とりわけ、例えば、J.T.LutzおよびR.F.Grossman(編集者ら)の「Polymer modifiers and additives」 Marcel Dekker、Inc.2001、ページ125 ffに記載される以下の特性によって特徴付けられる:ポリマーもしくは他の添加物に関する化学的不活性;低比重;所望の屈折率および色;低コスト。

−最大引張り伸長(DIN 29073−3に従う)の基準重量に対する比の値が、機械の方向に対して3.3±20%、ならびに直交方向に対して4.0±20%。
−1〜5dtex、好ましくは2〜3.5dtexの範囲のフィラメントタイター
不織布の多くの適用可能性も、本発明の状況内である。本発明に係る不織布の最も重要な適用可能性は、挿入用材料、個人用衛生物品(おむつ、サニタリーナプキン、化粧用パッド)、ダストクロスおよびモップ用クロス、ならびにガス用、エアゾール用および液体用のフィルター、包帯および傷用ガーゼの製造である。断熱材料、聴覚用不織布および屋根トラス用ブランケットの製造もまた考慮され得る。
種々の炭酸カルシウムの含有率および種々の基準重量を有するPP紡糸不織布を、従来の紡糸不織布パイロットプラント(Reicofil 3)で製造した。使用した炭酸カルシウム(Omyalene 102M−OG)は、粒状化した炭酸カルシウムであり、Omya AGより注文できる。
上記に示された方法に加えて、他の繊維形態[Faserformen]も考慮され得るため、不織布の製造のためのマルチコンポーネント繊維[Fasern]を紡績した。ここで、炭酸カルシウムは繊維全体に分布されず、むしろ個々の繊維[Faser]コンポーネントにのみ分布される。
衛生製品(例えば、おむつ)のために使用される不織布は、一般的に親水性にされる。例えば、GE SILICONES社の親水化剤[Hydrophilierungsmittel] Nuwet 237が本発明で使用され得る。
フィラメントタイターの決定
フィラメントタイターの決定を、顕微鏡により実施した。測定されたタイター(マイクロメートルで)のデシテックスへの変換は、以下の式(PPの密度=0.91g/cm3):
基準重量の決定を、DIN EN 29073−1に従い、10×10cm試験検体上で実施した。
不織布の平均ポアサイズの決定を、キャピラリーフローポロメーター(PMI Capillary Flow Porometer CFP−34RUF8A−3−X−M2T)により実施した。特別な液体で満たされたサンプルを次に、上記ポロメーター中で連続的に増加する気圧にさらし;気圧および気流量の間の関係を測定する。
通気性の測定を、DIN EN ISO 9237に従い実施した。測定頭部の表面は、20cm2であり;適用試験圧は200Paであった。
水柱(による防水性)の決定をDIN EN 20811に従い実施した。試験圧のグラジエントは10mbar/分であった。耐水性の基準として、試験表面の3つの位置で最初の水滴が浸透する時の、mbarの水圧もしくはmmの水柱を示す。
不織布の機械的性質は、DIN EN 29073−3に従い決定した。引張り長さ:100mm、サンプル幅50mm、前進率[Vorschub]200mm/分。「最高引張り応力」は、応力−伸長曲線を通しての最大達成応力であり;「最高引張り伸長」は、最高引張り応力に属する応力−伸長曲線における伸長である。
親水化された不織布の浸透時間(「液体ストライクスルー時間」)の測定を、EDANA ERT 150に従い実施した。
Claims (19)
- 熱可塑性ポリマーおよび無機充填剤を含むポリマー繊維であって、
−該充填剤含有率は、該ポリマー繊維に対して、>10重量%であり、かつ
−該充填剤の平均粒径(D50)は、≦6μmである、
ポリマー繊維。 - 請求項1に記載のポリマー繊維であって、前記充填剤がアルカリ土類炭酸塩である、ポリマー繊維。
- 請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー繊維であって、前記充填剤が少なくとも、90重量%、好ましくは95重量%、特に97重量%の炭酸カルシウムからなる、ポリマー繊維。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー繊維であって、前記充填剤が二酸化チタンを含まない、ポリマー繊維。
