Claims (15)
- フィルター効果を決定する細めの繊維と、支持し、形状を安定化する太めの繊維とを備えて成るプリーツを付けることの可能な不織布材料において、
細めの繊維が不織布材料の表面に沿った方向で太めの繊維に大部分均一に組み込まれること、及び、細めの繊維の最も高い集中が中央領域に又は2つの外側面の一方にあるように、不織布材料の表面に垂直な方向で細めの繊維の分布密度勾配が存在し、細めの繊維と太めの繊維とが溶融された状態からの固化により共に結合し、同一材料から作られること、を特徴とする不織布材料。 - 太めの繊維が2μm以上の直径を有し、細めの繊維が1000nm以下の直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプリーツを付けることの可能な不織布材料。
- 太めの繊維が2〜200μmの間の直径を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプリーツを付けることの可能な不織布材料。
- 細めの繊維が50〜1000nmの間の直径を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプリーツを付けることの可能な不織布材料。
- 繊維がポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル又はその混合物から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプリーツを付けることの可能な不織布材料。
- ポリマーが溶融され、スピニングビームの紡糸口金を通って押圧され、かくして作り出されたポリマー糸が搬送ベルト上に置かれて不織布層を形成する、プリーツを付けることのできる不織布を作り出す方法において、
異なる直径の紡糸口金(2)が用いられ、太めの及び細めの太さのポリマー糸(8、9)が同時に作り出され、且つ、単一のステップで置かれ、細めの繊維のための紡糸口金(2)の直径は、0.2mm以下、好ましくは0.15mmであり、太めの繊維のための紡糸口金(2)の直径は、0.2mm以上、好ましくは0.3〜0.4mmであり、500をはるかに下回るメルトフローインデックス「mdi」を備えた高粘度ポリマー溶融物が用いられることを特徴とする方法。 - 互いに斜めに配置される少なくとも2つのスピニングビーム(1)が用いられ、各スピニングビーム(1)の紡糸口金(2)を離れたポリマー糸(9)がベースに接触する前に互いと絡み合い、もつれ合うことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 2つのスピニングビーム(1)が用いられ、第一スピニングビーム(1)は、大きめの直径の紡糸口金を備えて成り、第二スピニングビーム(1)は、小さめの直径の紡糸口金を備えて成ることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 高粘度ポリマー溶融物が用いられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- メルトフローインデックス「mdi」が500をはるかに下回ることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- スピニングビームが500mbarの大きさ程度の圧力を有する空気を供給されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項6〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法の実施のための装置であって、互いに隣り合って配置される複数の紡糸口金を含むスピニングビームと、紡糸口金から離れたポリマー糸を置くための搬送ベルトとを備えて成る装置において、
離れたポリーマー糸が搬送ベルト(7)に接触する前に互いと絡み合うように、互いに対して配置される少なくとも2つのスピニングビーム(1)が設けられ、第一スピニングビーム(1)が大きめの直径の紡糸口金(2)を備えて成り、第二スピニングビーム(1)が小さめの直径の紡糸口金(2)を備えて成り、小さめの直径の紡糸口金(2)の直径が0.2mm以下、好ましくはおよそ0.15mmであり、大きめの直径の紡糸口金(2)の直径が0.2mm以上、好ましくは0.3〜0.4mmであることを特徴とする装置。 - 少なくとも2つのスピニングビーム(1)が互いに対して角度(β)で配置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- ファンが500mbarの大きさ程度の圧力を備えた空気流の発生のために紡糸口金(2)の排出口領域に設けられることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 紡糸口金(2)がレーザードリルによって作り出されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
