Claims (8)
- ポリマーが溶融され、スピニングビームの紡糸口金を通って押圧され、かくして作り出されたポリマー糸が搬送ベルト上に置かれて不織布層を形成する、プリーツを付けることのできる不織布を作り出す方法において、
異なる直径の複数の紡糸口金(2)が用いられ、同一材料である第一太さ及び第二太さのポリマー糸(8、9)が同時に作り出され、且つ、単一のステップで置かれ、第一繊維のための紡糸口金(2)の直径は、0.2mm未満で、第二繊維のための紡糸口金(2)の直径は、0.2mmより大きく、500未満のメルトフローレートを備えた高粘度ポリマー溶融物が用いられることを特徴とする方法。 - 互いに斜めに配置される少なくとも2つのスピニングビーム(1)が用いられ、各スピニングビーム(1)の紡糸口金(2)を離れたポリマー糸(9)が搬送ベルトに接触する前に互いと絡み合い、もつれ合うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 2つのスピニングビーム(1)が用いられ、第一スピニングビーム(1)は、相対的に大径の紡糸口金を備えて成り、第二スピニングビーム(1)は、相対的に小径の紡糸口金を備えて成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- スピニングビームが500mbarの圧力を有する空気を供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリマーが溶融され、スピニングビームの紡糸口金を通って押圧され、かくして作り出されたポリマー糸が搬送ベルト上に置かれて不織布層を形成する、プリーツを付けることのできる不織布を作り出す方法の実施のための装置であって、互いに隣り合って配置される複数の紡糸口金を含むスピニングビームと、紡糸口金から出たポリマー糸を置くための搬送ベルトとを備えて成る装置において、
異なる直径の複数の紡糸口金から出た同一材料のポリマー糸が搬送ベルト(7)に接触する前に互いと絡み合うように、互いに対して配置される少なくとも2つのスピニングビーム(1)が設けられ、第一スピニングビーム(1)が相対的に大径の紡糸口金(2)を備えて成り、第二スピニングビーム(1)が相対的に小径の紡糸口金(2)を備えて成り、相対的に小径の紡糸口金(2)の直径が0.2mm未満であり、相対的に大径の紡糸口金(2)の直径が0.2mmより大きいことを特徴とする装置。 - 少なくとも2つのスピニングビーム(1)が互いに対して角度(β)で配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- ファンが500mbarの圧力を備えた空気流の発生のために紡糸口金(2)の排出口領域に設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 紡糸口金(2)がレーザードリルによって作り出されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
