Abstract
velo de fiação contínua altamente funcional e fibras, contendo partpiculas, bem como processo para a sua produção. a presente invenção refere-se a um velo de fiação altamente funcional de fibras de polímeros não funcionáveis que contêm um ou vários aditivos funcionais. as fibras estão reciprocamente enlaçadas e enganchadas, apresentando comprimento de velo variável com relações de aspecto acima de 1.000 e formam um composto de velo sólido. apresentam um diâmetro médio de 0,1 até 500 micrômetros, bem como oscilações de diâmetro dentro de uma fibra e/ou entre si, de no mínimo 30%. além dos polímeros não fundíveis, as fibras contêm mais do que 40%, em peso, referido ao seu peso total, de aditivos funcionais em forma sólida e/ou líquida, sendo que os aditivos funcionais estão finamente distribuídos nas fibras. os velos de fiação são produzidos de uma solução de fiação que contém o polímero não fundível, dissolvido em um solvente direto e ao menos um aditivo funcional. a solução de fiação será prensada de um bocal de fiação, as seções de polímeros assim formadas serão estiradas longitudinalmente para a forma de filamentos ou fibras, sendo estabilizados e depositados em forma de um velo. podem ser empregados os velos de fiação, por exemplo, para a produção de vestuário, de têxteis técnicos ou como filtros.
