Claims (28)
- 多孔質の補強材料を準備することと、
上記多孔質の補強材料に金属を付着させることと、
金属を付着させた上記多孔質の補強材料に樹脂を付着させること
からなるヒータ構造の製造方法。 - 金属または合金は多孔質の補強材料にスプレーされる請求項1記載の方法。
- 金属は多孔質の補強材料に吸収されるように付着される請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 金属は多孔質の補強材料に少なくとも25μm吸収される請求項3記載の方法。
- 金属は多孔質の補強材料に少なくとも50μm吸収される請求項4記載の方法。
- 多孔質の補強材料は、金属が付着されるとき実質的に平坦である請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属が付着された多孔質の補強材料は、樹脂の付着前に展性がある請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属が付着された多孔質の補強材料は曲線形状に成形され、引き続いて樹脂が付着される請求項7記載の方法。
- 多孔質の補強材料は、金属および樹脂の付着前に好ましい形状に予備成形される請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属は、付着される樹脂の溶融温度よりも高い温度で多孔質の補強材料に付着される請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属は、得られる金属のパターンがヒータ要素として作用するようにマスクを使用して多孔質の補強材料に付着される請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 添付図面を参照しつつ実質的に上記した方法。
- 多孔質の補強材料と、
上記多孔質の補強材料に吸収された金属と、
上記多孔質の補強材料と金属を囲む樹脂と
からなるヒータ構造。 - 金属は多孔質の補強材料の表面から少なくとも25μmの長さで多孔質の補強材料内に吸収される請求項13記載のヒータ構造。
- 金属は多孔質の補強材料の表面から少なくとも50μmの長さで多孔質の補強材料内に吸収される請求項14記載のヒータ構造。
- 添付図面を参照しつつ実質的に上記したヒータ構造。
