Description
−O−(SiR1R2)−R3−Z (1)
に対応するシロキサンを用いるのが好ましく、ここで
R1は−CN又はハロゲンで置換し得る一価のC1−C12炭化水素ラジカルであり、1つ以上の隣り合わないメチレン単位は−O−又はNR3基、又はC1−C6−アルキルラジカル、−CN、又はハロゲンで置換し得るフェニルラジカルで置換し得、
R2は水素原子又はラジカルR1であり、
R3はシアノ、アルキル、ヒドロキシ、アミノ、アミノアルキル、ヒドロキシアルキル又はハロゲンで置換し得る二価のC1−C12炭化水素ラジカルであり、1つ以上の隣り合わないメチレン単位を−O−又はNR3基で置換し得、
ZはOH又はNH2基である。
Z−R3−[−SiR1R2O−]m−SiR1R2−R3−Z (2)
の直鎖シロキサンだけから成る又は一般式(2)の直鎖シロキサンを少なくとも50重量%、好ましくは少なくとも70重量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも90重量%含むオルガノポリシロキサン(S1)の使用が特に好ましく、ここで
mは平均値が1から10000の整数であり、
R1、R2、R3は及びZは上述の定義通りである。

Qはn−官能性芳香族又は脂肪族炭化水素ラジカルであり、
nは少なくとも2の整数である。Qは好ましくは4から30個の炭素原子を有する。nは好ましくは5を越えない整数である。使用可能なジイソシアネート(J)の例は、粗又は工業用MDIの形態と純粋な4,4´−又は2,4´異性体又はこれらが存在する組成物の形態の双方であるジイソシアネートジフェニルメタン(MDI)、各種位置異性体の形態のトリレンジイソシアネート(TDI)、ジイソシアネートナフタレン(NDI)、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)、1,3−ビス(1−イソシアネート−1−メチルエチル)ベンゼン(TMXDI)又はヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)である。ポリイソシアネート(J)の例は、重合性MDI(p−MDI)、トリフェニルメタントリイソシアネート又は上記イソシアネートのビウレット又はイソシアヌレート三量体である。ジイソシアネート及び/又はポリイソシアネート(J)は単独又は互いの混合物のいずれでも使用可能である。
Claims (9)
- 水と物理的発泡剤から選択された発泡剤により発泡させ、硬化させてフォームを形成することが可能で、1分子あたり平均して少なくとも1つのイソシアネート官能基を有する有機的に変性したオルガノポリシロキサン(S)を調製するための方法であり、
1分子あたりにアミノアルキル基とヒドロキシアルキル基から選択された少なくとも1つの反応基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン(S1)と、1分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基を有するポリイソシアネート(J)とを、反応物(S1)と(J)との間の可溶化剤として機能する成分(L)の存在下で反応させ、1モルの反応基あたり少なくとも1.05モルのイソシアネート基が存在していることを特徴とする方法。 - 成分(L)がシロキサン(S1)とイソシアネート(J)の双方を溶解可能な溶媒又は溶媒混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶媒(L)が、反応物(S1)と(J)の双方を完全に溶解するに十分な量で添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 溶媒(L)がエーテル、エステル、ケトン、第3級アミン、芳香族及び脂肪族炭化水素、塩素化炭化水素及びCO2から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- そのアミノアルキル又はヒドロキシアルキル基が一般式(1):
−O−(SiR1R2)−R3−Z (1)
に対応するオルガノポリシロキサン(S1)を用い、ここで
R1は−CN又はハロゲンで置換し得る一価のC1−C12炭化水素ラジカルであり、1つ以上の隣り合わないメチレン単位は−O−又はNR3基、又はC1−C6−アルキルラジカル、−CN、又はハロゲンで置換し得るフェニルラジカルで置換し得、
R2は水素原子又はラジカルR1であり、
R3はシアノ、アルキル、ヒドロキシ、アミノ、アミノアルキル、ヒドロキシアルキル又はハロゲンで置換し得る二価のC1−C12炭化水素ラジカルであり、1つ以上の隣り合わないメチレン単位を−O−又はNR3基で置換し得、
ZはOH又はNH2基であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法によって得ることが可能なイソシアネート官能性オルガノポリシロキサン(S)。
- 請求項6に記載のオルガノポリシロキサン(S)と更なる添加剤を含む発泡性組成物(Z)。
- オルガノポリシロキサン(S)とポリイソシアネート(J)の混合物を含む請求項8に記載の発泡性組成物(Z)。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のオルガノポリシロキサン(S)を用いて又は請求項7及び8に記載の発泡性組成物(Z)から製造可能なフォーム。
