Description
Popatによる特許文献5は、ソーラー発電照明を提供するベネチアンブラインド型ウィンドウカバリングを教示している。図8Dから8Iを参照。
Kleinwachterによる特許文献7は、当たった光を、室内空間の内部を照明する拡散光として使用されるエネルギに変換するブラインドシステムを教示している。
Emdeによる特許文献10は、自照であると同時に、室内を照明する窓エレメントを教示している。この発明者はブラインドを使用していない。
本発明の目的は、照明可能な縦型スラットを有する新規な窓ブラインドを提供することである。
本発明のさらに別の目的は、スラットに照明を提供するために、スラットの少なくとも一端に隣接してLEDを配置する新規な窓ブラインドを提供することである。
本発明の別の目的は、部屋を照明する構造を有する新規な窓ブラインドを提供することである。
を発生するものでよく、または65,000色以上のさまざまな色を発生できるRBG LEDを使用してもよい。照明窓のブラインドアセンブリが発生する光は、本を読んだり、または作業できるだけの明るさに難なくなる。例として、約8〜10時間充電した照明窓のブラインドアセンブリは、放射光を約9時間発することができる。

Claims (23)
- 各々が左端と右端を有する複数の長尺状のスラットと、前記スラットが上面と下面を有することと、
前記長尺状のスラットが垂直方向に互いに所定の高さの分離間しており、
前記長尺状のスラットを互いに所定の高さの分離間させるとともに、長尺状のスラットを支持して組み立て窓ブラインドを形成する手段と、
各々が左端と右端を有する透光性ファイバの複数の長尺状の束と、前記透光性ファイバの長尺状の束の少なくとも1つを前記長尺状のスラットの少なくともほとんどに装着することと、
光を前記透光性ファイバの長尺状の束の少なくともほとんどを通して長手方向に向ける光手段と、
を具備する照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。 - 前記長尺状のスラットを互いに離間して支持する手段が、前記上下方向に離間した長尺状のスラットの間に連結される糸状部材である請求項1に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 前記光手段が複数のLEDであり、LEDの少なくとも1つを透光性ファイバの長尺状の束各々の少なくとも一端に隣接して配置する請求項1に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 前記光手段が複数のLEDであり、同LEDの少なくとも1つを透光性ファイバの長尺状の束各々の両端の各々に隣接して配置する請求項1に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- LEDに接続する電流のAC電源を具備する請求項3に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- LEDに接続する電流のDC電源を具備する請求項1に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1つの充電式バッテリを収容する主ハウジングを具備する、請求項6に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 前記充電式バッテリに電気接続する複数の太陽電池を具備する請求項7に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 前記太陽電池を可撓性の薄膜ストリップに組み込む請求項8に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性の薄膜ストリップを長尺状のスラットの上面に取り付け、前記透光性ファイバの長尺状の束をスラットの下面上に支持する請求項9に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 前記スラットが上面と下面を有する長尺状のプラスチック製ストリップである請求項10に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 前記太陽電池のストリップを嵌めて受けるために上面に長尺状の第1凹所を具備する請求項11に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 透光性ファイバの長尺状の束を嵌めて受けるために、下面に長尺状の第2凹所を具備する請求項11に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 電気回路配線を受けるために、第2凹所に長尺状の溝を具備する請求項13に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 前記主ハウジングを窓のブラインドアセンブリの一番上に置く請求項6に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 主ハウジングに収容する角度調整/昇降用滑車システム構造と電気サーボを具備する請求項15に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 主ハウジングに搭載されるLED用PWM/調光制御手段を具備する請求項16に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 電気サーボと前記LED用PWM/調光制御器を遠隔制御するために、主ハウジング内に赤外線遠隔センサ手段を具備する請求項17に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 窓のブラインドアセンブリの下端に置く副ハウジングを具備する請求項15に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- LEDが様々な色を発生する手段を有する請求項6に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
- 透光性ファイバの束を、透光性ファイバの外側の面から発する光を拡散する透光性材の被覆で覆い、透光性ファイバの束から発する光の強度を高める請求項4に記載の照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。

を具備する照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。 - 各々が上端と下端を有する複数の縦型長尺状のスラットで、前記スラットが前面と裏面を有する、前記複数の縦型長尺のスラットと、
前記長尺状のスラットが横方向に互いに所定の距離の分離間しており、
前記長尺状のスラットを互いに所定の横方向の距離をあけて支持して、組み立て窓ブラインドを形成する手段と、
前記スラットを開閉する手段と、
前記スラットの前記裏面に付設され、室内を照明する光発生手段と、
を具備する照明窓のブラインドアセンブリ。
