Description
Claims (23)
- 조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체로서,각각 좌측 단부 및 우측 단부를 가지는 다수의 긴 슬랫으로서, 상부면 및 하부면을 가지며, 서로로부터 미리 결정된 높이로 수직으로 이격되는, 다수의 긴 슬랫,서로로부터 미리 결정된 수직 높이로 상기 긴 슬랫을 이격시키고 조립된 윈도우 블라인드를 형성하도록 상기 긴 슬랫을 지지하기 위한, 긴 슬랫을 이격 및 지지하기 위한 수단,각각 좌측 단부 및 우측 단부를 가지는 광 전달 섬유의 다수의 긴 다발로서, 상기 광 전달 섬유의 긴 다발들 중 하나 이상이 적어도 대부분의 상기 긴 슬랫에 부착되는, 광 전달 섬유의 다수의 긴 다발, 및상기 광 전달 섬유의 긴 다발의 적어도 대부분을 통하여 종방향으로 광선을 지향시키기 위한 광 수단을 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 긴 슬랫을 이격 및 지지하기 위한 수단은 상기 수직으로 이격된 긴 슬랫들 사이로 연결되는 나사형 부재인,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광 수단은 다수의 LED이고 상기 LED 중 하나 이상이 상기 광 전달 섬유의 긴 다발의 각각의 하나 이상의 일 단부에 인접하여 위치설정되는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광 수단은 다수의 LED이고 상기 LED 중 하나 이상이 상기 광 전달 섬유의 긴 다발의 각각의 상기 단부에 인접하여 위치설정되는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 LED에 연결되는 전류의 AC 공급원을 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 LED에 연결되는 전류의 DC 공급원을 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 재충전가능한 배터리를 포함하는 제 1 하우징을 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 재충전가능한 배터리에 전기적으로 연결되는 다수의 포토볼태익 솔라 셀(photovoltaic solar cell)을 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 포토볼태익 솔라 셀은 가요성의 얇은 막의 스트립 내에서 협동하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 가요성의 얇은 막의 스트립은 상기 긴 슬랫의 상부면에 장착되고 상기 광 전달 섬유의 긴 다발은 상기 슬랫의 하부면에 지지되는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 슬랫은 상부면 및 하부면을 가지는 긴 플라스틱 스트립인,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 포토볼태익 솔라 셀의 스트립을 정합되게 수용하기 위해 상기 상부면에 긴 제 1 리세스를 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 광 전달 섬유의 긴 다발을 정합되게 수용하기 위해 상기 하부면에 긴 제 2 리세스를 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,전기 회로 와어어를 수용하기 위해 상기 제 2 리세스 내에 긴 그루브를 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 하우징은 상기 윈도우 블라인드 조립체의 상부에 위치하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 하우징에 수용되는 전기 서보 및 경사/상승/하강 풀리 시스템 구조물을 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 하우징 내에 장착되는 LED PWD/조광기 제어 수단을 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 전기 서보 및 상기 LED PWM/조광기 제어를 원격으로 제어하기 위해 상기 제 1 하우징에 적외선 원격 센서 수단을 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 윈도우 블라인드 조립체의 하단부에 위치하는 제 2 하우징을 더 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 LED는 상이한 색상을 발생시키기 위한 수단을 가지는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 광 전달 섬유의 다발은 상기 광 전달 섬유의 외측면으로부터 방출되는광선을 확산시키고 상기 광 전달 섬유의 다발로부터 방출되는 광선의 세기를 강화시키는 광 전달 재료의 피복물(sheath)에 의해 덮혀지는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체로서,각각 좌측 단부 및 우측 단부를 가지고 상부면 및 하부면을 가지며 서로로부터 미리 결정된 높이로 수직으로 이격되는, 다수의 긴 슬랫,서로로부터 미리결정된 수직 높이로 상기 긴 슬랫을 이격하고 조립된 윈도우 블라인드를 형성하도록 상기 긴 슬랫을 지지하는, 수단,상기 슬랫을 기울어지게 하고 상기 슬랫을 상승시키고 상기 슬랫을 하강시키기 위한, 경사/상승/하강 풀리 시스템 구조물, 및방의 내부를 조명하기 위해 상기 슬랫의 하부면 상의 광 형성 수단을 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
- 조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체로서,각각 상단부 및 하단부를 가지고 전방면 및 후방면을 가지며 서로로부터 미리결정된 거리로 측방향으로 이격된 다수의 수직 배향 긴 슬랫,조립된 윈도우 블라인드를 형성하도록 서로로부터 상기 긴 슬랫을 미리 결정된 측방향 거리로 지지하는 수단,상기 슬랫을 개방 및 폐쇄하기 위한 수단. 및방의 내부를 조명하기 위해 상기 슬랫의 후방면 상의 광 형성 수단을 포함하는,조명식 윈도우 블라인드 조립체.
