Abstract
Description
− Ti−及びAl−含有水溶液から、1溶液の前装入及び他の溶液の添加によって、TiO2及びAl2O3の水和された前形成物(Vorformen)を沈殿させる。この場合に、アルカリ又はNH3の水溶液を用いてpH−値を4〜8に保持するか又は後からこの範囲に調節する。この場合に、有機又は有機金属化合物を使用しない。この場合に本発明によれば、(a)4を下回る、好ましくは7を下回るまでのpH−値の低下を阻止するためにアルカリ添加下に、Ti−水溶液を、前装入されたアルカリ性Al−溶液にゆっくり添加するか、又は(b)アルカリ性Al−溶液をゆっくりTi−溶液に添加する、この際には、引き続きpH−値をゆっくり最大8まで、好ましくは最大7まで上昇させる。ここで、本発明における「ゆっくり」とは、バッチ量1リットル当たり及び沈殿時間1時間当たりの生成物(TiO2+Al2O3として計算)30〜1g、好ましくは30〜5g、特別好ましくは28〜5gの沈殿速度であることを意味する。
− 酸化物混合物を、有利に濾過によって沈殿生成物として分離し、かつNa+−イオン及びSO4 2−−イオンを排除するために有利に(NH4)2CO3−水溶液で洗浄する。それというのも、これらは触媒又は触媒担体の使用時に害となる:即ちNa+−イオンは、熱負荷時に比表面積を減少させ、かつTiO2の好ましいアナタース変態のルチルへの転換を促進し;SO4 2−−イオンは、石油化学での使用時に生成物流中に入り込み、ここで、一方では一般的に低い硫黄含分が望ましく、他方ではそれがAl2O3と反応してAl2(SO4)3を形成させ、これにより触媒を失活させることがありうるからである。
− 精製された酸化物混合物を乾燥させ、場合によりか焼するか又はHT−処理をする。
− Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− Al 0.5〜45モル%、好ましくは1〜40モル%、特別好ましくはAl 2〜40モル%を含有する、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− 互いにまじったAl2O3及びTiO2の固溶体を含有する、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− 2〜50nm、好ましくは2〜40nm、特別好ましくは2〜20nmの平均細孔直径d50のメソ孔を有する、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− 1〜2nmの平均細孔直径d50を有するマイクロ孔を有する、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− その際の固溶体の粒度d50が0.5〜10、好ましくは1〜5、特別好ましくは1.2〜3.5、全く特別好ましくは1.5〜2.5μmである、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− その際の固溶体の微細分中の粒度d50が0.5〜10、好ましくは1〜5、特別好ましくは1.2〜3.5、全く特別好ましくは1.5〜2.5μmである、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− その際の細孔、有利にメソ孔の対数直径分布が0.01〜0.50、好ましくは0.02〜0.40、特別好ましくは0.05〜0.40の幅σを有する、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− そのBETによる比表面積が5〜800m2/g、好ましくは30〜600m2/g、特別好ましくは50〜450m2/gである、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− その細孔容積が0.02〜2cm3/g、好ましくは0.05〜1cm3/g、特別好ましくは0.05〜0.7cm3/gである、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− その細孔容積の30〜99%、好ましくは50〜99%、特別好ましくは70〜99%がメソ孔から構成されている、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− その細孔容積が−測定精度の範囲内で確認可能な限り−完全にメソ孔によって構成されている、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− その際のメソ孔の細孔寸法は調節可能である、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− その中に溶けているAl2O3を有する非晶質TiO2からの熱力学的一相系を含有する、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− その中に溶けているAl2O3を有するアナタース結晶からの熱力学的一相系を含有する、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− そこでのアナタース結晶が、互いにまじったAl2O3及びTiO2の非晶質固溶体を有して成長している熱力学的二相系を有する、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物;
− 有機又は有機金属化合物を使用せずに、Ti−及びAl−含有水溶液からTiO2及びAl2O3の水和された前形成物の沈殿による、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物を製造する方法であって、この際、
− 塩基、好ましくは塩基性水溶液、特別好ましくはLiOH、NaOH、KOH又はNH3の水溶液の添加の下に、前装入されたアルカリ性Al−溶液にTi−水溶液をゆっくり添加する、この際、4〜8、好ましくは6〜7のpH−値を保持するか、又は
− アルカリ性Al−溶液をTi−溶液にゆっくり加える、この際、引き続きpH−値を、塩基、好ましくは塩基性水溶液、特に好ましくはLiOH、NaOH、KOH又はNH3の水溶液の添加によってゆっくり4〜8、好ましくは6〜7まで高める;
− Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物の製造法、この際、Ti−水溶液は、チタン50〜400g/l、好ましくは60〜300g/l、特別好ましくは60〜250g/lを含有している、塩化チタニル−、硝酸チタニル−又は硫酸チタニル水溶液である;
− Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物の製造法、この際、Al−水溶液は、アルミニウム50〜350g/l、好ましくは60〜300g/l、特別好ましくは70〜250g/lを含有している、アルミン酸アルカリ水溶液である;
− Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物の製造法、この際、酸化物混合物を、有利に濾過によって沈殿生成物として分離させる;
− Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物の製造法、この際、この酸化物混合物を、有利に(NH4)2CO3−水溶液で洗浄する;
− Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物の製造法、この際、精製された酸化物混合物を乾燥させる;
− Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物の製造法、この際、精製され、かつ乾燥された酸化物混合物を、350〜900℃、好ましくは400〜850℃の温度で1〜20時間、好ましくは2〜10時間、特別好ましくは2〜6時間か焼する;
− Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物の製造法、この際、未精製の又は精製された酸化物混合物を、100〜250℃の温度で1〜20時間、好ましく2〜16時間、特別好ましくは2〜6時間HT−処理する;
− Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物を、好ましくは化学的触媒反応プロセスで、石油化学工業及び/又は有機原料合成で、特別好ましくはナフサ及び重油の水素添加分解及び/又は脱硫時に、全く特別好ましくは高硫黄含有原料の流動接触分解(FCC)及び深度接触分解(DCC)−法で、並びにHDS(ヒドロ脱硫)法で、及び芳香族化合物成分の水素化の場合に、低沸点炭化水素の異性化及び/又は脱水素の場合に、全く特別好ましくはオレフィン収率の増加のための石油後処理で、並びにブタン−及びブテン異性化で、フィッシャートロプシュ合成で、全く特別好ましくは石炭液化のために及び/又は飽和及び不飽和炭化水素部分的酸化により全く特別好ましく酢酸、アクリル酸、マレイン酸、フタル酸及びテレフタル酸にする場合に、長鎖オレフィン、テルペン及びシクロヘキサンのエポキシド化で、並びに多核芳香族化合物の加水分解で、触媒又は触媒担体としての用いる使用;
− 物質分離のための系中での、有利にはクロマトグラフィカラム中の充填物質としての、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物の使用;
− 有利に石油からの燃料製造の際の吸着による選択的芳香族化合物分離のための圧力変動−吸着法による工業的製造法における、同じ1装置中での、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している触媒活性酸化物混合物の触媒及び/又は触媒担体としての及びクロマトグラフィ固定相としての使用。
− Ti、Al、NH4、Na及びSO4に関する化学的分析;
− N2−吸着を用いる多孔度測定;
− 存在する微結晶化合物のX線回折測定、試料のTiO2−分中のアナタース及びルチルの割合及びシェレル(Scherrer)によるTiO2の微結晶寸法;
− 試料の100〜200nm長さの縦線に沿った及び試料の5〜10nmの表面での、EDXを介するTi及びAlの分布の調査による、走査−及び透過電子顕微鏡検査;
− ピリジンの吸着及びIR−分光法;
− フラウンホーファー回折を用いる1〜1000μmの粒度分布(TGV)。

が当て嵌まる。
Al−含分132g/l(Al2O3250g/lの含分に相当)を有するNaAlO2−水溶液117mlの撹拌前装入物に、一様に、TiOSO4−溶液1250ml(これは、TiO2110g/lに相当するTi66g/lを含有し、H2SO4225g/lで安定化されている)を、1分当たり10mlの速度で添加する。この量比は、Al 25モル%、残りはTiの本発明による酸化物混合物の組成に相当している。前装入物中のpH−値が7に達すると同時に、このpH−値が保持されるように10%苛性ソーダをポンプ導入した。添加終了時にこの量は4.3リットルである。この記載値に相応して沈殿速度は、1リットル及び1時間当たり18.6gである。次いで、1時間後撹拌し、吸引濾過し、バッチ中でTiO2とAl2O3との合計1kg当たり(NH4)2CO3−溶液24リットルで洗浄する、この際、この溶液は10g/lの濃度を有する。本発明によるこの酸化物混合物を乾燥させる。酸化物混合物各々10gをマッフル炉中、450、600及び800℃で4時間か焼し、引き続き検査する。
TiOSO4−溶液1250mlの撹拌前装入物に、NaAlO2−溶液117mlを、1分当たり5mlの速度でポンプ導入する;双方の溶液は、例1中のそれらに相当する。量比は、Al 25モル%、残りTiの本発明による酸化物混合物の組成に相当する。その後pH−値は2を下回っている。引き続き10%苛性ソーダを、2.5のpH−値に達するまで1分当たり20mlで、かつ7のpH−値に達するまで1分当たり10mlでポンプ導入する。合計2930mlが必要である。従って、バッチの量は4.3リットルである;沈殿速度は1リットル及び1時間当たり10.5gである。本発明による酸化物混合物を、例1におけると同様に後撹拌し、濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥させ、か焼し、かつ検査する。
例2におけると同様な実験を行うが、苛性ソーダの代わりに15%NH3−水溶液を1分当たり5mlで、7のpH−値に達するまで添加する。更に、濾過の前に2回の沈殿物洗浄を行い、この際、バッチに、完全脱塩水を60リットルまで充填し、4時間放置し、その後、澄明上澄み40リットルをサイホン除去する。NH3−溶液の添加の終点で、このバッチは2.3リットルの量を有し、この例での沈殿速度は、1リットル及び1時間当たり21.4gである。結果は第1表中に示されている。BJHによる細孔直径分布は、前記例のそれに相当し、本発明による酸化物混合物の沈殿生成物及びか焼生成物のメソ孔直径の分布もまさに狭く、分布幅σは、第2表中のAl 25モル%、残りTiに関する欄中に示されている程度である。結果は、共にREM及びEDXを用いて示されている:
− 生成物中のNa−含有率は、例2による試料中のそれより低い;従って比表面積は、高い温度で、以前の試料におけるよりもより安定に残っている;
− Al及びTiは、か焼の後に良好に相互にまじっている;TiO2及びAl2O3の固溶体が生じており、これは高い温度でももはや分解して純粋酸化物にならない;
− 細孔容積はメソ孔に由来し、か焼によって減少する;
− メソ孔直径は、各々のか焼温度で均一であり、温度によって2〜15nmの間に調節することができる。
実験を例3と同様に実施するが、本発明による酸化物混合物のフィルターケーキを脱イオン水で固体8〜11%になるまで懸濁させ、この懸濁液を、鋼オートクレーブ中、120〜180℃で、2〜16時間熱水処理する。本発明による酸化物混合物を濾別し、乾燥させ、かつ検査する。
− か焼の代わりにHT−処理を用いても、均一な寸法のメソ孔を得ることができるとはいえ、この際のメソ孔の直径分布は、か焼された試料における程度に狭くはない;
− メソ孔直径は、HT−処理を用いて2〜15nmの所望範囲内に調節することもできる;
− メソ孔直径の調節のために、同等の温度及び時間をHT−処理に使用することができる;
− 前記例中におけると同様に、50〜200nmの直径範囲内の細孔は存在しない;
− 沈殿時に得られた、互いにまじったAl2O3及びTiO2の固溶体は、高いAl2O3−含有率の場合には、HT−処理に対してはか焼に対する程安定ではない;
− Ht−処理は、か焼によるよりも大きい細孔容積を生じさせ;これは、Al2O3−含有率に依るのではなく、熱的に安定である;このことは、熱負荷下での使用の場合の触媒又は触媒担体としての本発明による酸化物混合物の使用のために、かつ特別に、低いAl2O3−含有率を有する触媒又は触媒担体の製造のために有利である;
− 粒度分布は、例3におけるように二峰性(bimodal)であり、最大粒径は約50μmである;しかしながら(5’MR+10’USの後の)微細分のそれはより高く、Al2O3−含有率低下に伴い微細分が増加し、平均微細粒子直径は低下する;
例5:沈殿のための濃TiOSO4−溶液の使用
実験を、例3におけると同様に実施するが、TiO2110g/l及びH2SO4225g/lを有するTiOSO4−溶液1250mlの代わりに、TiO2280g/l及びH2SO4575g/lを有するTiOSO4−溶液490mlを前装入する。更に、NH3−溶液を1分当たり3mlのみでポンプ導入する。従って、バッチの量は1.5リットルである。沈殿速度は1リットル及び1時間当たり20gである。
実験を例5におけると同様に実施するが、Al2O3250g/lを有するNaAlO2−溶液117mlの代わりに、Al2O3330g/lを有するNaAlO2−溶液89mlをポンプ導入する。沈殿速度は1リットル及び1時間当たり21gである。
KPG−攪拌機、還流冷却器、接触サーモメータ及びマッシュルーム形加熱装置(Heizpilz)を備えた6リットル−丸底フラスコ中に、H2O 1.5リットル及び104m2/gの比表面積を有する市販の酸化アルミニウム(パイロジェン、一次粒径約15nm、凝集していない、X−線回折線図によれば、製造者記載によるδ−変態、Zhou und Snyderによるγ−又はη−であるがなおθ−変態ではない)40gを、撹拌下に前装入する。90℃で、180分かかって一様に、TiOSO4−溶液1710ml(これは、TiO2110g/lに相当するTi66g/lを含有し、H2SO4 225g/lで安定化されている)を加える。この量比は、Al 25モル%、残りTiの酸化物混合物の組成に相当している。次いで30分間煮沸し、引き続き濾過し、H2Oで洗浄し、かつ乾燥させる。生成物各々10gを、マッフル炉中で450、600及び800℃でか焼し、かつ検査する。
KPG−攪拌機、還流冷却器、接触サーモメータ及びマッシュルーム形加熱装置を備えた6リットル−丸底フラスコ中に、換算TiO2365g/lを含有するTiO2−顔料を得るための、硫酸塩法からの洗浄されたがなお漂白されていないメタチタン酸の懸濁液2.00リットルを前装入し、換算Al2O3304g/lを含有するアルミン酸ナトリウム溶液498mlを45分かかって添加する。この量比は、Al 25モル%、残りTiから成る酸化物混合物の組成に相応している。添加の終りにpH−値は10.7である。次いで2時間乾燥させる。引き続き20%硫酸を用いて30分かかって中性にし、濾過し、H2Oで洗浄し、かつ乾燥させる。生成物各々10gをマッフル炉中で、450、600及び800℃でか焼し、かつ検査する。
Claims (25)
- Al2O3及びTiO2の固溶体少なくとも1種を含有していることを特徴とする、Al2O3及びTiO2を含有している酸化物混合物。
- 細孔を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の酸化物混合物。
- i Al 0.5〜45モル%、好ましくは1〜40モル%、特別好ましくは2〜40モル% 及び
ii 互いにまじったAl2O3及びTiO2の固溶体少なくとも1種を含有しており
及び
iii 2〜50nm、好ましくは2〜40nm、特別好ましくは2〜20nmの細孔直径d50を有する細孔
を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の酸化物混合物。 - 細孔の対数直径分布は、最大0.50、好ましくは最大0.40、特別好ましくは0.05〜0.40の幅σを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 酸化物混合物のBETによる比表面積は、5〜800m2/g、好ましくは30〜600m2/g、特別好ましくは50〜450m2/gであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 酸化物混合物の細孔容積は、0.02〜2cm3/g、好ましくは0.05〜1cm3/g、特別好ましくは0.05〜0.7cm3/gであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 酸化物混合物の細孔容積の30〜99%、好ましくは50〜99%、特別好ましくは70〜99%はメソ孔で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 酸化物混合物の細孔容積の100%はメソ孔で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 細孔寸法は調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 中に溶けているAl2O3を有する非晶質TiO2を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 中に溶けているAl2O3を有するアナタース結晶を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 互いにまじったAl2O3及びTiO2からの非晶質固溶体を有して成長したアナタース結晶を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 1〜2nmの細孔直径d50を有する細孔を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 固溶体の粒度d50は、0.5〜10、好ましくは1〜5、特別好ましくは1.2〜3.5、全く特別好ましくは1.5〜2.5μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物を製造する方法において、有機又は有機金属化合物を使用することなしに、Ti−及びAl−含有水溶液からTiO2及びAl2O3の水和された前形成物を沈殿させ、この際,Ti−水溶液を、塩基、好ましくは塩基性水溶液、特別好ましくはLiOH、NaOH、KOH又はNH3の水溶液の添加の下に、前装入されたアルカリ性Al−溶液にゆっくり加え、この際、pH−値を4〜8、好ましくは6〜7に調節することを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物を製造する方法。
- 有機又は有機金属化合物を使用することなしに、Ti−及びAl−含有水溶液からTiO2及びAl2O3の水和された前形成物を沈殿させ、この際,アルカリ性Al−溶液をゆっくりTi−溶液に加え、引き続き、pH−値を、塩基、好ましくは塩基性水溶液、特別好ましくはLiOH、NaOH、KOH又はNH3の水溶液の添加によってゆっくり4〜8、好ましくは6〜7まで高めることを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物を製造する方法。
- Ti−水溶液は、チタン50〜400g/l、好ましくは60〜300g/l、特別好ましくは60〜250g/lを含有している塩化チタニル−、硝酸チタニル−又は硫酸チタニル水溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の製造法。
- Al−水溶液は、アルミニウム50〜350g/l、好ましくは60〜300g/l、特別好ましくは70〜250g/lを含有しているアルカリ金属アルミン酸塩水溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項15から17までのいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 酸化物混合物を、有利に濾過によって沈殿生成物として分離し、場合により有利に(NH4)2CO3−水溶液で洗浄し、及び場合により乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項15から18までのいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 精製され、乾燥された酸化物混合物を、350〜900℃、好ましくは400〜850℃の温度で、1〜20時間、好ましくは2〜10時間、特別好ましくは2〜6時間に渡りか焼することを特徴とする、請求項15から19までのいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 酸化物混合物を、100〜250℃の温度で、1〜20時間、好ましくは2〜16時間、特別好ましくは2〜6時間の時間に渡りHT−処理することを特徴とする、請求項15から19までのいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- 請求項15から21までのいずれか1項に記載の製造法により得られる、酸化物混合物。
- 請求項1から14まで又は請求項22のいずれか1項に記載の酸化物混合物を、好ましくは化学的触媒反応法で、石油化学工業及び/又は有機原料合成で、特別好ましくはナフサ及び重油の水素添加分解及び/又は脱硫の場合に、全く特別好ましくは高硫黄含有原料の流動接触分解(FCC)法及び深度接触分解(DCC)法で、並びにHDS(水素化脱硫)法で、及び芳香族化合物成分の水素化の場合に、低沸点炭化水素の異性化及び/又は脱水素の場合に、全く特別好ましくはオレフィン収率を高めるための石油加工で、並びにブタン−及びブテン異性化で、フィッシャートロプシュ−合成で、全く特別好ましくは石炭液化のために及び/又は飽和又は不飽和炭化水素の部分的酸化により全く特別好ましく酢酸、アクリル酸、マレイン酸、フタル酸及びテレフタル酸にする場合に、長鎖オレフィン、テルペン及びシクロヘキサンのエポキシド化で並びに多核芳香族化合物の加水分解で、触媒及び/又は触媒担体として用いる使用。
- 物質分離のための系中での、有利にはクロマトグラフィカラム中の充填物質としての、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項又は請求項22に記載の酸化物混合物の使用。
- 工業的製造法における同じ1装置中の触媒及び/又は触媒担体としての又はクロマトグラフィ固定相としての、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項又は請求項22に記載の酸化物混合物の使用。
