Abstract
【解決手段】 上に拡散膜を有するガラス基板を備えるディフューザが提供されている。拡散膜は、1層以上を有するのでもよい。所定の実施例において、拡散膜は光を拡散するための無機顔料を内部に含有し、無機顔料が可視光の高い透過率と良好な拡散性能とを共に有するディフューザの実現を可能とするような大きさになっている。所定の実施例において、拡散膜は、無機顔料を内部に含有するフリットからなる又は含むのでもよい。

Claims (20)
- 少なくとも可視光と紫外(UV)光を含む光を放射する光源と、前記光源からの光を受光するように配置され前記光源から受光した可視光を拡散するディフューザとを備え、
前記ディフューザが光拡散膜を支持するガラス基板を有し、前記光拡散膜が無機顔料粒子を含有するフリットを有し、
前記ディフューザが0.100を超える拡散特性F(Q)と少なくとも57%の可視光の透過率とを有し、
前記拡散特性F(Q)は、F(Q) = 1 / [4({θmax - θmin}/W)2 +1] によって定義され、Wは明度−拡散角プロットにおけるピークの半値幅(HWHM)であり、θmaxは明度−拡散角プロットにおける最大値をとる角度であり、θminは明度−拡散角プロットにおけるテール(tails)のうちの少なくとも1つの最小値をとる角度である、ことを特徴とする光学ディフューザ。 - 前記ディフューザが、0.102を超える拡散特性F(Q)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記ディフューザが、0.110を超える拡散特性F(Q)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記ディフューザが、0.125を超える拡散特性F(Q)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記ディフューザが、0.200を超える拡散特性F(Q)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記ディフューザが、少なくとも約58%の可視光の透過率を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記ディフューザが、少なくとも約60%の可視光の透過率を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記拡散膜が、重量比で約0.25〜20%の無機顔料粒子を含有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記無機顔料粒子が、二酸化セリウム、二酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛及び二酸化珪素のうちのいずれか1つ以上を含有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記拡散膜が、重量比で少なくとも約80%のフリットを有し、より好ましくは少なくとも約90%のフリットを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記ディフューザが、約5%、より好ましくは約2%を超えないTuv(UV透過率)を有するUVブロック膜を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記拡散膜が、前記ガラス基板と直接接触していない、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 光を放射する光源と、前記光源からの光を受光するように配置され前記光源から受光した可視光を拡散するディフューザとを備え、
前記ディフューザが、光拡散膜を支持するガラス基板を有し、
前記光拡散膜が、無機顔料粒子を含有するガラスフリットを有する、ことを特徴とする光学ディフューザ。 - 前記ディフューザが、0.102を超える拡散特性F(Q)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記ディフューザが、0.125を超える拡散特性F(Q)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記ディフューザが、少なくとも約58%の可視光の透過率を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記拡散膜が、重量比で約0.25〜20%の無機顔料粒子を含有する、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光学ディフューザ。
- 前記無機顔料粒子が、二酸化セリウム、二酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛及び二酸化珪素のうちのいずれか1つ以上を含有する、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光学ディフューザ。
