Abstract
以下の工程:
a)酸化ルテニウムを含む触媒を、水素の流れにおいて処理し、且つ担体に存在する酸化ルテニウムを金属ルテニウムに還元する工程と、
b)担体材料に金属ルテニウムを含む工程a)からの還元触媒を、酸素含有ガスの存在下に塩酸で処理し、且つ担体に存在する金属ルテニウムを塩化ルテニウム(III)として溶解し、そして塩化ルテニウム(III)溶液として得る工程と、
c)適宜、工程b)から得られる塩化ルテニウム(III)溶液を更に後処理する工程と、を含むルテニウムの回収方法に関する。

以下の工程:
a)酸化ルテニウムを含む触媒を、水素の流れにおいて処理し、且つ担体に存在する酸化ルテニウムを金属ルテニウムに還元する工程と、
b)担体材料に金属ルテニウムを含む工程a)からの還元触媒を、酸素含有ガスの存在下に塩酸で処理し、且つ担体に存在する金属ルテニウムを塩化ルテニウム(III)として溶解し、そして塩化ルテニウム(III)溶液として得る工程と、
c)適宜、工程b)から得られる塩化ルテニウム(III)溶液を更に後処理する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするルテニウムの回収方法によって達成される。
Claims (5)
- 無機酸に対して難溶性である担体材料にルテニウムを酸化ルテニウムとして含む使用済みルテニウム含有触媒からルテニウムを回収する方法であって、
以下の工程:
a)酸化ルテニウムを含む触媒を、水素の流れにおいて処理し、且つ担体に存在する酸化ルテニウムを金属ルテニウムに還元する工程と、
b)担体材料に金属ルテニウムを含む工程a)からの還元触媒を、酸素含有ガスの存在下に塩酸で処理し、担体に存在する金属ルテニウムを塩化ルテニウム(III)として溶解し、塩化ルテニウム(III)溶液として得る工程と、
c)適宜、工程b)から得られる塩化ルテニウム(III)溶液を更に後処理する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするルテニウムの回収方法。 - 難溶性の担体材料が、α−酸化アルミニウムを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- ルテニウム含有触媒が、難溶性の担体に塩化ルテニウム(III)溶液を含浸し、乾燥し、及びか焼することによって製造される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程b)又はc)で得られる塩化ルテニウム(III)溶液が、新たな触媒の製造に使用される請求項3に記載の方法。
- ルテニウム含有触媒が、塩化水素の酸化で使用される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
