c)ゴミ固形燃料(Refuse−Derived Fuel;RDF)に由来するエネルギー
これは、環境に望ましくない影響(防水性、廃水の収集性、バイオガスの利用など)を最小限とするように前もって調製された地面の上に、廃棄物の層を拡張することからなる。これは、自主的なシステムであって、達成の速度や安価であることなどかなりの利点を示す。しかしながら、このシステムは、正確なプログラミング、構造、管理及び制御を要する。もし正確に使用されないと、このシステムは、表層土、底土、大気に負の効果をもたらす可能性がある。また、その産生段階において、廃物(質及び量)、埋立地の地質、気候及び水文学(hydrology)を考慮する必要もある。最も大きな環境上のリスクは、廃水及びバイオガスによって同定される:廃水は、生物学的及び化学的汚染物質を含有する一方、バイオガスは、(嫌気的な)発酵によって産生されるガスの混合物であって、その形成過程は、遅く、有機酸の産生に始まり、二酸化炭素及びメタンの産生と続く。メタンが大気中に自由に分散しないことは重要であって、これは、温室効果に貢献するためである;従って、環境の安全保護対策に関して、及び生産要素として、エネルギー目的のために、これを利用し且つ回収することは、基礎的なものである。
未分別のUSWを焼却することは、USWの熱破壊にのみ初期的に意図されていたが、今日では、発熱量(2000kcal/kg)の増加の恩恵で、種々の形態でのエネルギーの回収の重要な方法となっている。
これは、一連の処理方法に関するものであって、下記の通りである
2)代謝反応により産生した熱の効果による温度上昇を伴う急速増殖期;
3)温度が60℃以上に達する高温期(thermophilic phase)(約1週間以上継続);及び
4)温度が徐々に下降し、有機物質の湿潤した画分が増加する、中温性又は成熟期(1ヶ月以上継続)
b)温度、湿度、pH、限定的要因及び有害性要因
c)最終産物の再生、洗浄及び提示
廃棄物を、湿潤画分と乾燥画分とに分割する段階(A);
上記の乾燥画分を処理して、RDF(B)及び固形材料(D)を得る段階;
ガス化装置(F)におけるRDFの産生に由来する乾燥画分を処理して、電気エネルギー及び/又は水素を得、且つガラス質の鉱物粒の形態の不活性な残渣を産生する段階;
上記の湿潤画分(C)の生物学的な安定化の段階;
安定化された材料(E)を精製して、安定化された有機画分(SOF)、制御された寸法の衛生的に処理された残渣(hygienised processing residues)、ガス化に送られるべきRDFを産生する段階;並びに
森林地帯基材(G)を層化する段階;
を有し、
上記の森林地帯基材(G)は:
a)均一なマトリクスを伴った安定化された有機画分(4)の少なくとも一つの層;
b)段階(E)に由来する制御された寸法の衛生的に不活性に処理された残渣(3)の少なくとも一つの層;
c)ガス化の段階(F)に由来する制御された寸法のガラス質の鉱物残渣(2)の少なくとも一つの層;及び
d)地球(earth)及び生物学的に安定化されたたい肥を有する層(1)
を有する。

f)段階(E)に由来する0〜30mmの制御された寸法の衛生的に不活性な残渣の第三層(3)であって、この層の厚みは、立地の水文地質的特性に応じて、0.3〜1メートルの範囲の第三層と;
g)ガス化の段階(F)に由来する0〜2mmの制御された寸法のガラス質の鉱物残渣の第二層(2)であって、この層の厚みは、立地の水文地質的特性に応じて、0.1〜0.5メートルの範囲の第二層と;
h)地球及びたい肥を有する植物層(1)であって、この層の厚みは、植物の種類に応じて、0.4〜2メートルの範囲の植物層と;
を有する。
Claims (23)
- 都市の固形廃棄物の処理から回収した材料の完全なリサイクリングに由来する森林地帯基材を得る方法であって:
(A)廃棄物を、湿潤画分と乾燥画分とに分割する段階と;
(B)前記乾燥画分を処理して、ゴミ固形燃料(RDF)を得る段階と;
(D)固形材料を得る段階と;
(F)RDFの生産に由来する製品をガス化装置において処理し、電気エネルギー及び/又は水素を得、且つガラス質の鉱物粒の形態の不活性な残渣を産生する段階と;
(C)前記湿潤画分の生物学的な安定化の段階と;
(E)安定化された材料を精製して、安定化された有機画分(SOF)、制御された寸法の衛生的に処理された残渣、及びガス化に送られるべきRDFを産生する段階と;
(G)森林地帯基材を層化する段階と;
を有し、
前記森林地帯基材は:
a)均一なマトリクスを伴った安定化された有機画分(4)の少なくとも一つの層と;
b)段階(E)に由来する制御された寸法の衛生的に不活性に処理された残渣(3)の少なくとも一つの層と;
c)ガス化の段階(F)に由来する制御された寸法のガラス質の鉱物残渣(2)の少なくとも一つの層(2)と;
d)地球及び生物学的に安定化されたたい肥を有する層(1)と;
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記乾燥画分及び湿潤画分の初期の容量は、同様であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 段階(D)及び前記のたい肥を精製する段階(E)で回収した固形材料は、不活性な廃棄物、プラスティック及び金属を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- RDFの生産のための段階(B)において使用される材料の5〜15%の量は、回収され生物学的に安定化する段階(C)に送られる有機画分からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(D)から回収した固形材料は、初期の廃棄物の約3〜5%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記のたい肥を精製する段階(E)に由来する固形材料は、初期の廃棄物の約10〜20%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 生産されるRDFは、初期の廃棄物の約35%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 都市の固形廃棄物の処理から回収された材料の完全なリサイクリングに由来する森林地帯基材であって:
a)均一なマトリクスを伴った安定化された有機画分の少なくとも一つの層(4)と;
b)制御された寸法の衛生的に不活性に処理された残渣の少なくとも一つの層(3)と;
c)制御された寸法のガラス質の鉱物残渣の少なくとも一つの層(2)と;
d)地球及び生物学的に安定化されたたい肥を有する層(1)と;
を有することを特徴とする森林地帯基材。 - 前記の安定化された有機画分(4)は、森林地帯基材の基礎を形成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の森林地帯基材。
- 前記の衛生的に不活性に処理された残渣の層(3)及びガラス質の鉱物残渣の層(2)は、土壌の地質工学的安定化剤、及び土壌を浸透する降水を収集する脱水支持体であって、各層が下部へ浸出するのを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の森林地帯基材。
- 前記の地球及び生物学的に安定化されたたい肥を有する層(1)は、植林に適することを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記のガラス質の鉱物残渣(2)の寸法は、2mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項8乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記の衛生的に不活性に処理された残渣(3)の寸法は、30mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項8乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記の衛生的に不活性に処理された残渣の層は、常に底部の層に存在することを特徴とする請求項8乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- a)制御された寸法の衛生的に不活性な残渣の第一層(8)と;
b)SOFの第一層(7)と;
c)制御された寸法の衛生的に不活性な残渣の第二層(6)と;
d)制御された寸法のガラス質の鉱物残渣の第一層(5)と;
e)SOFの第二層(4)と;
f)制御された寸法の衛生的に不活性な残渣の第三層(3)と;
g)制御された寸法のガラス質の鉱物残渣の第二層(2)と;
h)地球及びたい肥を有する植物層(1)と;
を有することを特徴とする請求項8乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の基材。 - 前記層(8)の厚みは、0.3m〜1mであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の基材。
- 前記層(7)の厚みは、3m〜7mであることを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載の基材。
- 前記層(6)の厚みは、0.3m〜1mであることを特徴とする請求項15乃至17のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記層(5)の厚みは、0.1m〜0.5mであることを特徴とする請求項15乃至18のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記層(4)の厚みは、3m〜7mであることを特徴とする請求項15乃至19のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記層(3)の厚みは、0.3m〜1mであることを特徴とする請求項15乃至20のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記層(2)の厚みは、0.1m〜0.5mであることを特徴とする請求項15乃至21のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 前記層(1)の厚みは、0.4m〜2mであることを特徴とする請求項15乃至22のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
