- 前記触媒の少なくとも60%が前記壁の中間地点と前記出口表面との間に分布していることを特徴とする請求項11記載の燃焼エンジン排ガスフィルタ。
- 前記触媒が、前記多孔質セラミック構造内の平均細孔径よりも小さい平均径を有する粒子から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の燃焼エンジン排ガスフィルタ。
- 前記触媒が前記セラミック壁の長さに対して均一に分布していることを特徴とする請求項11記載の燃焼エンジン排ガスフィルタ。
- 前記触媒が、前記セラミック壁の厚さに沿って前記入口表面から前記出口表面に増加する濃度で分布していることを特徴とする請求項11記載の燃焼エンジン排ガスフィルタ。
- 前記濃度の増加が、前記厚さに沿って一般に非線形であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の燃焼エンジン排ガスフィルタ。
- 前記出口表面に前記触媒が実質的に含まれていないことを特徴とする請求項11記載の燃焼エンジン排ガスフィルタ。
