Claims (14)
- 少なくとも三つの段階相から成る圧縮可能で自己膨張性のステント(10)であって、
遠端の機能相(17)、近端の機能相(19)及び転移相(18)が設けられ、
遠端相(17)の膨張程度が近端相(19)の膨張程度より大きく、
機能相(17、19)及び/又は転移相(18)が少なくとも一つの編組及び/又は織物及び/又は中間膜付きスクリムから成り、
転移相(18)において、少なくとも二本のワイヤ、繊維又は糸が互いに加撚されていることを特徴とする、
圧縮可能で自己膨張性のステント。 - ステント(10)が網状構造及び/又は多数の開口を備え、転移相(18)の開口が機能相(17、19)の開口より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- ステントを作るためのワイヤ、繊維又は糸の直径が、0.001mm〜2mmであるか、0.05mm〜0.5mmであるか、又は0.1mm〜0.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載のステント。
- ステントが、形状記憶材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- ステントが、バイオ相容性の形状記憶材料、特に金属又は金属合金、特にステンレス鋼又はニチノール又は特にプラスチック、モノファイル及び/又はマルチファイル及び/又は複合ガラス繊維のような別のバイオ相容性の材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 端部(20)が、複数の専用に閉じた端部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 近端部(21)における少なくとも一つの開放端部が接続要素(11)にしっかりと固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 遠端部(20)が、12、18、又は24個の閉じた端部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- ステントの材料が、被膜、特にバイオ相容性の被膜、ヘパリン、ニチノールの炭化、ナノ技術被膜、防X線粒子、活性物質除去被膜、好ましく微孔質のバイオ技術又はその他の被膜を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 長手方向に丸くなった端部をもつ圧縮可能でかつ自己膨張性の編組及び/又は織物及び/又は中間膜付きスクリムの製造方法において、単一若しくは二本のワイヤ、繊維又は糸が、編組及び/又は織物及び/又は中間膜付きスクリム内を直接回って後方に案内されることを特徴とする方法。
- 鼻を通して挿入でき、チューブ内に圧縮でき、しかも自己膨張性であり、通気道を開いた状態に副木固定及び/又は保持する少なくとも一つのステント(10)を用いて、人又は動物の体内の腔、器官経路、及び/又は管を開口状態で支持、及び/又は保持する装置であって、特に鼾及び睡眠時無呼吸を治療する装置において、
使用前にステントが引込まれるチューブ(14)を有し、装置を使用部位まで鼻内に挿入した後、チューブから鼻から引き出してステントをチューブから外すことによってステントが膨張して、少なくともステントの遠端部の領域で通気道の内壁に対して装着することを特徴とする装置。 - ステント(10)が、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のステントであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- ステント(10)の遠端相(17)の長さが0.5cm〜20cmであり、チューブ(14)の長さが0.5cm〜50cmであり、またステント(10)の全長が2cm〜50cmであるか、又は、
ステント(10)の遠端相(17)の長さが1cm〜10cmであり、チューブ(14)の長さが10cm〜35cmであり、またステント(10)の全長が10cm〜35cmであることを特徴とする請求項11又は12記載の装置。 - 少なくとも一つのステントの近端部が、接続要素(11、12)を介して引張り要素に接続され得、引張り要素(13)が少なくとも一つのステントをチューブ(14)内へ引き込むのに用いられ得ることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
