Claims (19)
- モジュール半導体光源組立体であって、
基板と、
前記基板に取り付けられた半導体光源とを含み、前記基板は、前記半導体光源に電気を供給し、且つ前記半導体光源によって発生される廃熱を取り除き、
基板から廃熱を取り除くために、前記基板と熱的に連通されるヒートシンクと、
前記半導体光源から放出された、光の実質的に全てを捕捉する、前記半導体光源に隣接した第一端、及び第二端を有するライトパイプと、
略D形状を有するレンズと、を含み、
前記半導体光源からの光が、放出された光が第一方向に広がり、且つ前記第一方向と直交する第二方向に拘束されるパターンでレンズから放出されるように、前記ライトパイプの前記第二端が当該レンズに接触すること、
を特徴とするモジュール半導体光源組立体。 - 前記半導体光源は、発光ダイオードである、
請求項1に記載のモジュール半導体光源組立体。 - 前記ライトパイプの前記横断面積が、前記第一端から前記第二端まで増す、
請求項1に記載のモジュール半導体光源組立体。 - 前記ライトパイプの前記中心線が、前記レンズから放出される光のパターンをさらに拘束するために、前記レンズの前記中心線から片寄せられる、
請求項1に記載のモジュール半導体光源組立体。 - 前記基板に取り付けられた第2の半導体光源と、
前記第2の半導体光源から放出された光を前記レンズに伝達する第2のライトパイプをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載のモジュール半導体光源組立体。 - 前記レンズは、形状が十字であり、前記十字の各アームは、前記半導体光源によって放出された光が、放出される光が直交する第一方向と第二方向の両方に拘束されたパターンでレンズから放出されるように、略D形である、
請求項1に記載の半導体モジュール組立体。 - 投光光源と、
少なくとも一つのモジュール半導体光源組立体をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載のモジュール半導体光源組立体。 - 少なくとも二つのモジュール半導体光源組立体をさらに含み、
前記モジュール半導体光源組立体の各々は、共通のヒートシンクに熱的に連結される、
請求項7に記載の半導体モジュール組立体。 - 所望の光ビームパターンを生じさせるように配置された、少なくとも二つのモジュール半導体光源組立体を有するドライビングランプ器具又はフォグランプ器具をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の半導体モジュール組立体。 - 一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体と、
少なくとも一つのモジュール半導体光源組立体と動作的に関連した投光光源を含む、
ヘッドランプ器具。 - 前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体は、
半導体光源と、
第一端と第二端を有するライトパイプと関連して使用される略D形状を有するレンズと、を含み、
前記第二端は、前記半導体光源からの光が、前記放出される光が第一方向に広がり、前記第一方向と直交する第二方向に拘束されるパターンで前記レンズから放出されるように前記レンズに接する、
請求項10に記載のヘッドランプ器具。 - 前記モジュール半導体光源組立体は、さらに、
前記半導体光源が取り付けられる基板と、
基板から廃熱を取り除くために、前記基板と熱的に連通されるヒートシンクと、よりなり、
前記ライトパイプの前記第一端は、前記半導体光源から放出された、光の実質的に全てを捕捉するために使用される、
請求項10に記載のヘッドランプ器具。 - 前記レンズの厚さは、前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体によって生じさせたビームパターンの水平の広がりを変えるように、変更することができる、
請求項11に記載のヘッドランプ器具。 - 前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体の各々の前記レンズは、
比較的厚くされ、且つ所望のビームパターンを生じさせるために、比較的薄くされた、前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体の各々のレンズとの組み合わせで使用される、
請求項13に記載のヘッドライト器具。 - 前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体は、ビームパターンに十分な光を提供するために採用することができ、前記投光光源は、ビームパターンのためのホットスポットを提供することができる、
請求項10に記載のヘッドライト器具。 - 前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体は、道路を車両が進む方向に照らす光を提供するために使用される、
請求項15に記載のヘッドライト器具。 - 前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体は、
車両用テールライト器具、車両用日中走行用ライト器具、フォグランプ、又はドライビングランプを含むグループから選択された一つとして使用される、
請求項10に記載のヘッドライト器具。 - 前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体は、ベーゼルを介して取り付けられ、
前記ベーゼルは、器具本体内に取り付けられ、且つ透明レンズによって包囲される、
請求項10に記載のヘッドライト器具。 - 前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体は、
前記一つ又はそれ以上のモジュール半導体光源組立体の各レンズが、生じさせたビームパターンを、車両を包囲する異なる領域に広げるために、平行に向けられるように位置決めされる、
